Best decision I have ever made not only for myself but for my family to! Burn Burlington has welcomed so many with open arms and they have pushed me to be the best version of myself! The trainers are absolutely amazing and encouraging to everyone and there child watch program is also amazing. My kids love it just as much as I do!
I've been at Burn for 4 weeks. I love it! It's challenging but you are encouraged to listen to your body and the trainers are so encouraging. I actually look forward to going everyday.
This is my second week with Burn Boot Camp and I have already extended my membership! The work outs are challenging and with the encouragement of the trainers and members it helps me get through! I am usually self conscious in a gym setting but I feel comfortable and welcomed at Burn! It is a very encouraging and judgment free space! The trainers are attentive and help you focus on your form to get the best workout and results! I also love that there are options for each exercise depending on your fitness level. The childcare watch is heaven sent and my child has a blast while I workout! Not many gyms have a childcare option. I can not wait to see my progress and results as I continue attending camp classes!

I’ve been attending camp for almost a month now and I feel so much better. When I started I was doing minimal exercise. I’m thankful for the Burn Boot Camp Staff and members. Everyone makes you feel welcome and encourages you to to do your best. They help you modify any workout to help you meet the goal. I’m excited about this journey and sharing it with such awesome members and staff. Thank you for being so inviting and encouraging every step of the way.

First time going to burn boot camp. Everyone was friendly and the instructor was great at keeping everyone motivated. My first day was rough moving muscles that I don't usually work out. Skipped a day and back for my second class, it was a great workout. Looking forward to arm day.
i love burnbootcamp burlington for so many reasons! staff is super reliable and sweet. trainers are super helpful with modifications and proper technique. the burn family are always lifting each other up. as a whole our community gives great motivation and accountability. child watch is an awesome option. my kid sees me working out. recently he was showing me his workout routine like mommy does at the gym. my favorite tool to nutrition is our inbody scan. if you don’t know google it. not all gyms have this. burn has supported me through postpartum, covid, neck surgery and more. love love love this place.
Great environment. All the staff is friendly and the members are welcoming. All fitness levels are able to get a good workout and be encouraged to give it your all. Workouts are hard but leave you with a feeling of accomplishment. I highly recommend this for everyone.
I have been attending Burn now a little over a week 7 camps and what I enjoy the most is the atmosphere, how everyone cheers each other on during the workouts .it is for all levels they meet you where you are and modifications can be done if needed
