Burn Boot Camp - Coral Gables, FL

The workout is 45 minutes. I went for leg day to give it a try. Certainly was tough and you can make it tougher depending on the weight that you add to it. The studio was ok-nothing fancy. There was just the weight rack and the floor that you work out on with blue walls, regular gym lighting, and no mirrors. Pricing was my biggest issue since you have to enter into a 12 month or 18 month contract and the rates are steep at approximately $130/month. For this price I’d like to see the coach correcting my form and acting as more of a personal trainer. The workout is excellent and I can see why people enjoy these classes!! They are challenging and I really like how they change everyday so you aren’t repeating!

The Burn family is amazing! Everyone is so friendly, they really care about your needs and concerns. The classes fun but tough! The trainers overlook everyone and correct your posture/technique so you can get the best out of your workout; not like other places that let you continue doing it wrong. Sometimes I'm enjoying the workout so much that time flies! Glad to be a part of Burn!!!!

On March 5th, Burn has it's first birthday at the Coral Gables location. I've been a client since even before they opened they offered free camps around town. It is a been a wonderful place to work out cross fit style, get stronger, and meet wonderful new friends. I have to admit, I love cross fit and I came here because my first cross-fit-style gym had closed. Burn has outstanding and encouraging trainers that challenge us to push for our personal best. They have a wide variety of classes throughout the day to fit my schedule. There is also child care I don't need it, but would have loved a gym that had that when my kids were small. I joined with other friends from the other gym that closed and now I have made new friends. Thanks Burn ! I love this place!

Love the environment and the trainers. I haven't done a workout twice. Lost 8 lbs so far thanks to their constant support. Burn Coral Gables,YOU ROCK!
