If Burnham's were just a diner, I could easily give a five-star rating; unfortunately, there are problems with the prescription side of the business that I will not go into here. But the food is fantastic, and the waitresses are awesome.

Great place for gifts, good & medicine with a Great staff.

So, my wife’s doctor sent over her prescription and the store even says they have verification of the prescription. When my wife asked about it, they said they didn’t have it. I called the doctor to double check. Then they said they did have it but didn’t know when it’s gonna be ready. An now, my wife explain to them that we live in Alabama and work nights and they were so rude. If I find another compounding pharmacy we won’t be back here. I think mom an pop need to get their act together.

Family owned they have been through alot of new people lately every time I go in there's someone new. I like Ms Debbie she my favorite she always remembers me even when the pharmacist doesn't

I've been a customer of the Main st Burnhams since I retired from the Navy in 2004. I bought an item for my wife from the gift shop. It didn't fit so I brought it back. The new store manager said it was a clearance item and couldn't be returned. I told her the lady on the gift that sold it to me said I could. She then told me it was past the 14 day return window and couldn't be returned. Funny thing is, I had three $20 necklace in my hand and was about to pick up a prescription. So I put the necklaces back and moved all of my prescriptions to the Burnhams in Escatawpa. You lost a loyal customer over a $34 return. Not very smart!

Very poor example of a local small business. Rude staff and delivery drivers that drive like rabid dogs.

Treat someone with chronic pain that has a script for Oxycodone. That never tries to get it before the 30 days that is required. Treated me like an addict. You can say I was hurt and angry when i left there. This is my last time going here. Doesn't matter if they are right up the street from my house. You don't treat people that way.

I used to take all of my prescriptions here. I've slowly been transferring them all to another pharmacy. Sometimes they can't fill a prescription because they don't have it in stock. When that happens, it usually takes 2-3 days to fill. Some meds can't wait to be filled. Also, my husband dropped off my son's prescription, and when I called about it, they said they didn't have anything pertaining to that prescription, told me I must've taken it to the Burnham's in Moss Point. I never use that pharmacy, and neither does my hubby. So...
