I placed an order through ReserveBar which was fulfilled through Burnham. They sent the wrong item. I ordered Old Weller Antique, and they sent Weller Special Reserve. ReserveBar tried contacting them several times to get the correct item sent but never got a response. Buyer beware! I would not trust any online transactions with this seller. Update - 08/02 3 weeks later, I get a response for me to contact them. I tried that route before. I am not jumping through any more hoops to resolve their error. They have my shipping info. They can send me the correct item. At this point, my opinion and my rating has not changed.
Horrible customer service and rude delivery drivers. What is the point of delivery if he is going to come outside. I told the driver I was coming downstairs and instead of responding he just left and then said I didn’t answer. He was rude and said it was my fault. The store also yelled and repeated what the driver said while yelling over me instead of listening to my complaint. Do not shop at this store!!
Great selection of beers. First time in Chicago and got the local 312 beer! Hell yeah.
One star! For the driver! I’ve ordered here many times and had pleasant service. The last two times I’ve been greeted with a unhappy and dishonest driver posting that is was delivered and never was. Many of my friends order from here and never had such dishonest bad service delivered to Burnham docks. I wish I could give 0. The vapes are mad overpriced and they don’t even work! They die quicker than normal somehow. I had one straight up stop working, like wouldn’t even light up, and they wouldn’t refund or exchange or nothing. Go somewhere else
I always order for delivery through here and the last few times my order was incorrect and I got a call after sending an email about it. Rohan was very respectful, understanding, and kind. He had my correct order sent right away and made sure that I was satisfied and a loyal customer. This is why I always order from here!
I order from them through Drizly and the have never failed to get my order right and made sure I got it thank u and Drizly!
Some cashiers here can be a bit sly. One charged me $89 for a $60 bottle. Only realized it when I got home and checked my card since they conveniently forgot a receipt. Stay away, you’ll find better deals at Binnys
Delivery driver was rude and disrespectful, and late.. without even so much as an apology.. and made me run out to his car.. great service.. NOT!!
Worst customer service. I don't know if it's the owner that picks up the phone but the man is so rude and hangs up any time I call. Orders are always late-not sure what their deal is. We always get the order eventually but it's always a struggle.
