Burns knows how to cook period.  They keep the menu simple burger, fries, drink and choose from about a dozen and half toppings.  Fresh ingredients, brioche buns, and perfectly cooked patty.Food: 5/5

I loved every aspect of this place. Really affordable food, lovely setting outside in a very tranquil neighborhood, relaxing to eat and enjoy at the tables, and absolutely delicious burgers and fries. I really hope to return here again soon!  They do close their gates when they are locking. Make sure that you do not leave your car parked there overnight, as you may not be able to access it after they close the gates to park for the restaurants.

This place has always had great tasting food, but my last visit was different.   I got a brisket sandwich and dirty rice. The brisket sandwich was very dry and lacked flavor and it was on regular white bread. It wasn't worth what I paid. The dirty rice smelled delicious but it had absolutely no flavor. The prices are too much for what I got. I hope management sees this and improves the food.

So I would give them 5 stars if it were just my hubby eating. He absolutely loved his mushroom Swiss burger. I ordered a turkey burger. I am a tough critic when it comes to turkey burgers because of the way I make mine. The fries were fresh and hot. The taste on everything was good. Don't sleep on this place especially if you like beef. You will really enjoy this place. They are right next door to Burns BBQ a staple in Houston.

First let me say *** Burns is not CASHLESS thank you Burns.. ok now let me continue.  I went to the burger shack because the line at the BBQ and I was in a rush to get to work. I'm glad I did. The guy who took my order explained all items thoroughly  .  I ordered the classic burger with cheese and sweet potatoe fries on the side .  The sweet potato fries were seasoned with a tad of sea salt and not dry. These are some of the best sweet potatoes fries that I have had. They are not dried out nor too soft. The burger was like $11 and the patty was well done and juicy not dry . The brioche bun was a buttery taste and slightly toasted. I was there for less than 10min in and out the way I like it no long waits nor long lines on a Saturday. The burger shack has a variety of burgers to choose from including a turkey burger. There is patio seating not covered but at least you sit while you wait.I will be back to grab another burger.

Pulled up to a long waiting line. There were fans and a carport to sit under while waiting because of the heat! The staff was professional. The food was a little pricey but well worth it!! I ordered 2 meats with 2 sides plate.  It was $18.99. Drink not included.  So I ordered a  Burn's homemade lemonade in a 12oz bottle for $3.75.

Food was good. The burger was good. It could have used a bit more seasoning. The fries were some of the best I have ever eat! Fresh cut and seasoned to perfection! I would honestly just go for the fries. We will be back.

Best Barbecue Shack I've ever eaten and I have eaten a lot of barbecue,but it's not quite as good as it used to be. But it is definitely the best you can get that I know about.Food: 4/5

The fried turkey burger was delicious. The wait on it wasn't. I waited 30 minutes for my burger and some fries. If you have a lot of time for lunch, take a chance.Food: 5/5
