Burns Day School serves the rapidly growing southwestern region of Sumner County. Enrollment is open to children three to six years of age.
Burns Day School is a privately owned and operated early childhood learning facility Our student to teacher ratio is 12:3 for the majority of the school day. Students receive both academic and social training in preparation for Kindergarten.
BDS is a Christian-based learning facility which solely uses God’s Word as its governing force in treating each child and employee fairly despite race, nationality, religion or handicaps. We believe that each child is a unique individual with different needs and abilities. It is our goal to focus on those individual needs in hopes that each child will have the confidence to be productive in Kindergarten.
