We lost my mother in law in May, and called around to a couple of places. When I say that Lorraine is awesome in her job and she really made my family and I comfortable during a difficult situation. Communication was awesome , Apollo was great too!
My sister recently lost her husband and used Burns Kish in Hammond. I can not thank this funeral home enough. The service was beautiful and they did a great job with my sister's husband. This place is beautiful, clean and has a lot of space. The people who work here were so professional, friendly and sensitive to my sister's loss. Lorraine and Apollo are amazing human beings who made this process for my sister easier than expected. I would give 100 stars if I could. We are all so grateful and appreciate all who were involved.
Apollo and Lorraine were both amazing during this difficult time. My husband's body was sent to Mexico, Lorraine and Apollo took care of all the paperwork. We had visitation here and it was beautiful, everyone told me the next day that the funeral home did a great job. When my husband arrived to Mexico he still looked the way he did when I last saw him here at the funeral home. Thank you Lorraine and Apollo for helping me during this difficult time.
I had a service done at this location for my father that passed away in September. Recommend by a family friend. If i could give more stars i would. They treated us so well and took care of everything i couldn’t of had asked for a better service. And the workers were very nice and understanding. They were able to transport my dad to Mexico without any problems as well. I most definitely recommend this funeral home it gives the comfort you need while going through ruff times.
Our family has used Burns-Kish in Hammond for many years. Recently my brother-in-law passed away, and they made the process very smooth. They allowed us to customize what services we wanted, and adjust them during changing circumstances. Everyone was kind and professional, and the services went very well.
