I am taking a whole new approach to Personal Training. I want to offer you more than just a workout. More than just a workout schedule. What I am offering is a membership to a supportive fitness community unlike any you have ever seen. Plus, every membership receives an instant link into the Burns Training Program. I am a certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.
Classes are designed to be attended every morning. Each days workout will compliment each other. I work very hard to be able to adapt and modify each class to benefit every member in each class. You will not have to show up for some cookie cutter design of a workout. You will be getting a customized program each week to follow.
To attend all Boot Camps per month - $75
drop ins - $10
punch card for 8 boot camps - $65
Classes will focus on building a solid fitness foundation with a strong emphasis on your CORE and how your body moves. Using your body weight to challenge your entire body. Be ready to do some push ups and pull ups along your journey.
Looking for a little more personal attention. NO problem we also offer one on one sessions. I have found that these sessions mixed with the boot camps is a perfect way to reach any fitness goal you may have.
