I am currently exploring the needs of the Florida genealogical community for archival consulting services.
I have worked in the archival field for more than 30 years. I received a Masters in Library Science degree from Long Island University and relocated to Florida in 1981, taking an archival management position with the Claude Pepper Library at Florida State University.
At the Claude Pepper Library, I developed a digitization program for making our congressional papers accessible to researchers and the public.
I have given workshops on care, preservation and recovery of materials, and have written and received numerous grants to arrange, preserve, digitize and showcase rare and important archival items.
Webinars, onsite workshops, one-on-one consultation on organizing, preserving, and making archival materials available to appropriate audiences.
