This salon was great! It was my first time going and it was a quiet relaxing environment. Autumn was great! She really listened to my needs and accommodated my sensitive skin during the process! It went really well and she colored my hair beautifully, we even had some really good conversation as well! If your looking for a new place to try or need a new salon to go to this one is it! I went to this place for years spending good money and tips. Was done good for a while . Unfortunately my hairdresser started to make me feel unimportant as time went on. Canceling countless appointments. When comingout to my last appointment finally with her .I was actually wanting to do my hair bright purple. Once again, My appointment was switched at the last minute from a morning appointment to an afternoon appointment. I was there for hours while the hairdresser seemed very confused on my hair to the point of asking another hairdresser on what to do in front of me. This made me extremely uncomfortable with my hair . As well as stressing bluntly that she was fatigued. Unbelievably she asks me if I knew where to get Adderall…. When I arrived that day my hair was light blonde. I left with a terrible grayish lavender bluish tone that had also horrid brassy tones . I was extremely disappointed and in tears. I expressed this to the hairdresser only to have her to tell me to go to ultra and buy my own hair dye because she does have good dye for this kind of job …. This information would have useful before all the cancellations and money and time wasted. .Service: Hairstyling
First time at this Salon and I absolutely loved my hair cut! I recommend going with Courtney Jones, she did my haircut and recommended a hairstyle product for my curls. The entire staff is super FRIENDLY and accommodating, they have a first time customer discount which is so worth it. Overall loved this salon great quality work! Definitely recommend :!
I booked an appointment just to show up and find out they can’t do my hair color, because they booked the wrong appointment. I booked well in advance to be treated this poorly. Normally I love Aveda Salons, but this one is trash. So is the sketchy looking building.
This salon is horrible! I came in for a simple bob cut and full highlights in two colors. I ended up with one color , her excuse was completely lame and instead of having a plan b she got an attitude and was very rude. I got home and my family noticed my hair was crooked and uneven all over, she barley cut my hair and did a terrible job. This place used to be good now it’s just like Supercuts. You will hate your hair after you leave here, these people have very little experience and charge you a fortune and they do trick cuts, only on the surface so you think they did a full cut, it’s a dirty little salon secret.Service: Hairstyling
Autumn did a great job!! Highly recommend! She made me feel confident in my decision to get a haircut and the in the style I wanted. She did my hair perfectly!!
Had my nails done. It was a great experience. Sandy is a dream. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. Had her get my nails ready for the championship game.
I Love This Place! No one can seem to cut my blonde hair without messing it up. Raquel is the bomb. She gave me a fresh new hairstyle that I Absolutely Love! They work with you and listen. Everyone here is so nice. Check them out you won't regret it!
I love this place! I have extremely thick hair so it takes time to get it done! Pam does such a great job, she never rushes, she is very informative on what she is doing and she has a fun personality! My hair looks and feels amazing every time she does it! I would highly recommend this place and encourage you to go to Pam for all your hair coloring needs she is AMAZING!
I always see Cheyenne in the salon behind the BG studio. I've been following Cheyenne from a FW salon to now her 2nd salon in Arlington. Best and sweetest hair guru I have ever known!
