I've been staying here for almost 2 months now and so far no complaints. Plus the office manager is nice and works with you to make sure you're comfortable during your stay. The cost to stay here is cheaper than most. They offer a little discount to solar workers too! Recommend checking them out.
Dont rent here i gave them money for a back ground ck and they turned me down .....funny a month later i bought a house and a new car i was told i have good credit.. and a good background... burtons is takeing money andnot checking and keeping money. i asked for why they shot me down and was told i would be notified by mail never got anything in the mail from them.... if you dont want tthis put all over the internet you better hit me back you have two days
I've been living here for 3 months and love it. You couldn't ask for better managers. They were on top of the small repairs needed. The park is well kept and a pleasant place to live. Close to all the stores here in Blythe. I rate the park 5 stars
I DIDN'T VISIT THIS PLACE. I THINK GOOGLE MAPS IS GOING NUTS!!!. THEY HAVE ME DRIVING AROUND ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT WHEN I'VE BEEN HOME FOR OVER 24 HOURS OR VISITING PLACES I HAVE NEVER BEEN. TOTALLY NUTS!!!!!!!!! .
Could be improved alot...
I have a friend who is a tenant of this park. When I come through these parts I stop and visit. Now hands down I would give this park 6 out of 5 stars. The management is kind and looks out for people. Well done well done..
Do not rent here, not worth it. You will be stuck, dangerous, dirty, it is cockroach infested! Had no roaches, was there a month got roaches! Don’t stay to save a couple bucks! I was there a year you have more options go rent by the water!
My truck broke down while towing my toy hauler. I needed a place to stay overnight while my truck was being repaired in Blythe. Burton's was highly recommended to me. The park was clean and very quiet. After my truck was fixed, I stayed another night to enjoy another beautiful desert sunset. The price was right and a propane refill spot is just down the street from them.
A nice place to live. The park is kept clean. Bushes and trees are maintained to perfection. Most neighbors are nice and helpful.
Drugs are every where but since ive been back they taken majority of those promblems away. Ive always liked here. Great job Sharon and Aj, keep up the good wrk.
