Idk why, but some of my best memories came from Busch. And I didn’t even have that many classes here since I was a Finance major. The Busch student center was a nice place to chill out in between classes.
It's okay. Good place to work. Wish it was open longer. Try to go in the morning or in the evening as people leave so you can get a table to sit at, rather than having to sit on the couch while you work. There is nothing special about this place in terms of studying. Food options are pretty okay. Better than Livingston Student Center. There's a gaming center which I've never used, but it seems pretty cool to hang out with other gamers. Also, you can print here if you need to which is nice considering you're a student.
I was a Rutgers sophomore when the original student center opened. I got a job cleaning paint drops on the floors in preparation for the opening. I then got a job on the house crew and held that job until I finished my degree. I have very fond memories of my time there.
Nice quiet space to get work done, but masks are required the whole time. Plenty of spacing between seating and ample charging ports as well.
Dear God this place needs to be fixed. There are no maps anywhere, the roads feel like I'm driving through a bombed city, and none of the buildings are well maintained. They do however do a great job at providing parking tickets to potential students who are temporarily parked, trying to figure out where they are. I can only hope that this place was constructed as some sort of joke. Terrible infrastructure and campus. Bless anyone who deals with this place on a daily basis.
We went on a college tour, great school for engineering. They are one of the few schools in the North East or even the country to offer a degree in "Package Engineering". A highly sort after skill in today's world. The campus is huge and everything you would need is there including transportation. Busses are free but their parking lots needs better organization. Finding parking is weird even though there are lots of free parking spaces. They use some sort of online website to register for parking it's an inconvenince.
I delivered to someone on this campus, looks nice inside, had eateries, and a post office.
Parking is a big issue here! Don't park here if you don't have permit. They love to send you tickets rather than notice you.
The staff are glamourous and the new furniture comforted me into a calm 13 hour slumber. Quite amusing I must say, impeccable establishment.
Recreation center, Gym, Playground all are around.
