I’m surprised to see bad reviews for Bush Leasing- I own 2 businesses and have used Bush Leasing for both and they’ve been absolutely wonderful to work with. I was a pain in the butt on the last lease process going back and forth on changes and on a tight timeline and Lisa was so polite and patient with me as she always is. After multiple transactions, I truly can’t say anything bad about them.
I have worked with Bush Leasing for several years now and always recommend other home service businesses to use them! Their team communicates fast, the lease-to-own process is simple, easy, and organized. I have not had a bad experience with them yet!
We have waited a year since we first ordered a truck waiting for a while we kind of put it in the back burner. Then we followed up on the order and there was none available until the next batch, so we did place another order and Matt Stevens kept us updated and when he took time off his manager was there to ensure that we got the truck. I know we all face obstacles running a business and I’m grateful you are helping us running ours.

I give them no stars but I had to pick to leave a review. I'll will not have noone lease with bush Truck Leasing. If you ask can you move truck to another trucking company they will prove it then come back a year later with a repo and if truck in shop you will not get truck. They a joke and a scam. They will take truck release it make more money and you will never own the truck and money on maintenance account will be gone as well cause of a repo. The reason they saying repo cause they need a sponsorship letter. Ruuuuunnnnnnnnn fffffrrrrooooommmmmm ttttthhhhheeeeeemmmmmm. They is a joke there. I recommend you do business somewhere else.
Check engine light on at 4,500 miles. The Ford E350 already has a rough shift into second gear 2000 miles on the truck. The roll door catches cause the rail is not properly bent. The Bluetooth button on radio is for Mode , and vice versa, rip in the ceiling leather and there is a big scratch on the windshield. They told me I needed a cashiers check so I had to Uber to their office solely to drop the check and then Uber 45 mins into the sticks which 2 Uber drivers canceled. Turns out they could have just ach the payment. The lease idea is the only good thing.
Worst company ever. Unethical owners and employees. They placed fraudulent plates on our truck. They placed our plates on a truck that was not ours and that truck was involved in a hit and run. This has been a nightmare and the owners, Mike and Jeff do not seem it’s a big deal and will not return my calls or emails. Shady and disgusting. Do nit do business with these people. You will regret it! They dont even deserve 1 star.
Avoid this place!!!!! Did business with this company. Talk to Jessica Frost and she said I need to pay 5588.00$ or they going repo the tractor. And said that did u take this lease over from someone. And I said yes. But they forgot to Process the payment to jb hunt. So I said I'm watching for JB to do a audit. And she said u need to pay so I did. I should all the proof and they said they are looking in to it. Talk to Treasa Jones and she said. I don't how that work if u have to pay that other person payment. I told her that's not in the contract or you did not tell me that. So I told her I'm bringing the tractor back and she said OK. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Took my money
