The clerk was great but she missed on my fitting by 2 cup sizes to small. When she had me try a bra on I had fat rolls under My armpit bigger than my breath. Sh started nothing she could do about those. Fit was way too small and she still wanted to sell it to me.
Drove all the way there just to find out it’s “appointments only”. It says open with no cars. Sad day.
At first it was nice I understood about appointment only. They were nice but that changed. I purchase two black bras and they said it was not in stock and to call them 6-7 wks done that now it was pushed to July. And now the late of August and NOTHING. No CALL nor EMAIL or TEXT, bird, skywriting, mind you they Took my MONEY! BUST STOP give me my D@&N money. They don’t deserve this full star it should be 1/2 a star.
Lisa is AMAZING!!! She is extremely patient and helpful. I was able to try on several styles of bras to make sure I was comfortable with what I was wearing. She actually recommended the least expensive of my choices because it was what was best for my needs. I really appreciate her honesty and outstanding customer service.
The wife shops here, and she loves it. I've went with her almost every time & can say the staff is very helpful & friendly. They will work with you to find the right bra. The wife says she is so glad to have this store. Her clothes fit better & her back problems have improved. I'm no expert, but they should be the place to go if you have a large bust or a mastectomy.
Very professional! Knows what they are doing! I've been wearing the wrong size bra my whole life. Wearing the right size bra makes such a huge difference! Ladies I highly recommend getting professionally fit! These ladies at the Bust stop are amazing! Excellent customer service! They will definitely keep my business!

I went in expecting to be told that they don't have my size. I was wrong! Lisa helped me find the first bra I've ever owned that actually fit properly. Can't say enough about how wonderful this place is lol. Highly recommended if you want pretty, sexy bras that are made for larger breasts. I wear a 38GG
I highly recommend that any woman go get sized. It is sometimes an eye opening experience. The bras are a little more expensive but they are also high quality and well worth the cost. They will also last a lot longer if you hand wash them and hang them to dry by the gore. If you are having sizing issues then this is the place to visit. Getting sized and in the correct bra has helped my back pain tremendously.
Tried to be fitted today and was greeted by a receptionist for the medical place that shares a front desk with Bust Stop. Was asked to sign in and she'd get to me as soon as possible. There was 1 lady working, 3 women ahead of me and no selection of bras except for at the very most 2 dozen. I'd been fitted at old location and they had tons of bras to choose from, excellent customer service and always more than 1 lady working. Very disappointed and not sure I'd go back unless they offer appointments.
