Took my daughter here the other day and she LOVED it. The staff was very friendly and the facility itself was clean and bright. It is an open concept play area which is GREAT! Tons of comfy couches everywhere so parents can actually sit and relax while also being able to keep a watchful eye on their kids. My daughter especially loved the tire swing! We will definitely be back!!
My almost 2 year old loves this place and has played here for over 3 hours without a moment of boredom. There are so many sections to play in, if you actively play with your child you can get so much more out of this place. There are 10 or so slides and each one is fun for the kids. Easy access to the play structure with the safe, soft steps. Easy access for adults too. Infant play section ha said good variety of toys, though it could use some new stuff. Staff usually stays behind counter but any interactions I've had with them have been pleasant. Even on a busy day it's plenty of fun. Only wish they were open on Sundays as well! I happily drive over from Mississauga so my son and I can play here. The amount of fun he has makes the price of admission worth it.
I have been going to Busy Bodies with my kids for at least 8 years now. My kids celebrate their birthdays there and they love it. My kids also attend both the March break camp and the Summer Camp at Busy Bodies. The staff and management are extreme friendly, accommodating and super with the kids. I love the open space and the comfy couches, also the cleanliness of the place. To the reviewers above who are mentioning that this place is dirty, I don't know what they are looking at. I have never seen this place dirty and I have been there many times. I have personally seen the staff clean and disinfect the toys and play structures. I would defiantly recommend Busy Bodies to anyone with children, it is the best indoor playground around.
I took my two kids there and thought they had a great setup for a large variety of ages which is hard to find sometimes. My youngest normally struggles to find something he can do and here he found quite a bit. The only negative I have is the cost. It was $29 for me to take two kids there and one only just started walking fairly recently so while he found it enjoyable to be on the 'tot' stuff, he's hardly utilizing $14 worth of facility goods. I'm surprised these places don't charge $5 for such young children. I guess we can thank Kathleen Wynne for everyone jacking their rates to stay in business.
Went here as a last resort after promising our two year old we'd go somewhere similar. Note to self-never go here again. The staff don't care. They pay no attention at all to what is happening and knit or read instead. Parents seem to care about as much. More of them sitting chatting than actually paying attention to the ruckus and rudeness of their kids. Broken toys, split open mats and a general lack of caring. Not worth the price or the trip. Kidsopilis is 5 minutes away and almost half the price. Go there before you bother with this place.
I was there March 2018. And found the place to be very clean, alot of different activities/toys. Very comfortable and big place to go and watch your kids have fun. My kids loved it. They are 4yrs and 18 months.
Purchased a Wagjag here and it was a good deal. Never busy when we go but there are issues with maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and washrooms. We've brought up issues to the workers in the past regarding broken toys, missing safety devices plug covers and dangerous equipment broken netting near slide and nail protruding from entrance to the climbing structure but nothing has been fixed in the months we've had the passes. Maybe the lack of customers is contributing to the state of disrepair. Many toys are broken or missing parts, dead batteries, etc. They don't even come out to see the issues in the play area, just dismissing them with a "I'll let someone know" response. It would be a shame if someone was severely injured because of this oversight. No one even thought to ask questions when my husband needed a band aid after cutting himself while going through the structure with our toddler.
Was there for a birthday party, didn't seem like the girls there cared who I was.. I had to ask if we needed to sign in. Not as big as some places I've taken my daughter to but bigger than others. The party rooms. Are kinda small and hard to maneuver in if you're an adult.
The place is in a state of disrepair, dirty, and the staff is at best inattentive. Bring your ear plugs, the kids will have fun and you will walk out on edge. As a parent, you think: what the hell?? Really? How many fleas are crawling under my feet?
This place is just terrible. Went for someone else's birthday party and they were quite distraught. The playground had promised them candles etc in the package and had nothing, the staff was rude and once some used candles were procured couldn't find a way to light them. That would have been bad in itself but the place was falling apart on top of it, everyone sat on worn out couches while kids roamed around bored till we had enough and came back.
