We have a creative and nurturing program that develops curiosity and encourages an enthusiasm for learning. The Butler Nursery School is a place for art, science, cooking, movement, dramatic play, language, music, and social play.
Butler Nursery school is located in a residential neighborhood in northeast Yonkers. Our students include families who reside in Yonkers, Tuckahoe, Bronxville, and Eastchester.
Butler Nursery School provides half-day programs for children ages 2 to 4 years old. Children learn in a nurturing play-based environment that focuses on gearing them up for kindergarten.
Butler Nursery School is a Christian school. Children attend Christmas and Thanksgiving services, say grave at snack time, participate in an annual Christmas pageant, and learn about the person and values of Jesus.
We do not require that a child be potty-trained before entering the 2-year-old program.
