Stopped on our way though town had to Try the seafood buffet I read about ! Kids were actually Happy with their dinner : that's says so much. I deffentaly enjoyed the prime rib, crab legs, and chocolate cake .. can't wait to road trip though town again to stop and eat more good food Parking: Parked in the ramp and it was a long walk to buffet ... lots of parking though Kid-friendliness: Lots of good stuff to choose from for all ages
Wasn't impressed.. Really not worth what it cost.. Waitresses never came to our table.. Had to get own drink refills... When you go get your food they heard you out like cattle.Food: 2/5
Front desk and servers are friendly. People at the buffet are the exact opposite specially at the steak and rice counters. Seems like they hate the job they are doing. Food choice at this price point is below average. Steak has no sauce, crab no dipping sauce. Don't go an hour before they close as service crew are tired and feels like you only get to eat leftover but paying full price.
[4/10/2023, $20] this isn’t like Las Vegas buffet. This is slightly better version of Golden Corral from the first glance. I was expecting Vegas-esque buffet. But food are cooked significantly better than Golden Corral. The Fried chicken was excellent. Deserts were excellent. Far better than your local buffets. A guy with a glasses, a hat, and tattoo was working at the Chinese food section was very rude. There were 10 items and none of food were labeled behind the glass front. I pointed to an item while saying, “I want that one.” He got upset. He said, “I hate when people say, That.” Normally I would let that go but the way he said it was so de jour. This is a good buffet for $20. The servers were very nice and attentive. If I was a local and wanted a buffet, I would come here.
Always enjoyed this place in the past but hadn’t been back for a few years. I grew up in the area and went with family in past years and sometimes drive down just to visit and eat here. I finally made it back and, sadly, the experience/food/service just isn’t as good. They used to have so many tasty items to choose from but the Saturday afternoon I went it seemed very limited now. The quality wasn’t as good either and the fact everything is managed/served from behind glass not really a buffet further reduces the overall experience. Overall, the servers just didn’t seem that interested and in some cases the stations didn’t even have the food items labeled. My table was also cleared before I was done and my drink was initially forgotten. Just not a good experience and disappointing overall and I don’t think I’ll be back… at least not for a while. 3 stars is probably being generous honestly. I do think it’s time for these casino buffets to actually bring back the true buffet pre-pandemic. That was the draw - the actual buffet - being able to pick what you wanted and how much. I mean a salad bar where you have to wait for a server to become available and then point out everything individually to them doesn’t make sense… esp if it feels like they are just trying to hurry one along or manage it. These places must have huge quantities of food that goes to waste. This reimagining to serving/managing the food doesn’t work in my opinion and is a bad business model. Probably for others too as it seems like less people are coming and overall quality is down. I see this at other buffets in the state I have been to that are like this. I think it’s time for it to go away or just remove the buffet all together.
For the price it’s not worth it. Chinese and Italian options are plain and simple. King crab legs are boiled no seasoning, and we’ll prime rib is good. There’s a lot of dessert option, salad bar is ok. I think it’s just too expensive for the food your getting.Food: 2/5
The wait staff are great. But the servers behind the food counters are just rude. The food quality is rather a zero "0". It is really, really, really bad. It has a price tag of 40 bucks. Golden Corral food is much, much better for less than half the price.
Ate dinner here around 7-8pm on a Saturday. 20 minute wait. No big deal. When we were finally seated and got food the trays were half empty. Hot food options were slim. Quality was mediocre at best. Thankfully my buffet meal was comped by casino. If I had to pay the full 80$ for two people I would have felt scammed. Would never pay for this buffet.
I don’t know what all the complaints are about, this place was awesome. Everything we got was delicious. Prime rib, short ribs, Chinese food, American food, tons of dessert. Everyone was friendly especially the woman at the front register. I think she was a manager but she treated us very special and took care of my dad for his birthday. We will be making this a regular thing. Thanks again!
First time going and I regret wasting our money here. On 9/15 evening we went, the older lady with underbite making the pho was extremely rude and very slow. I waited 20 minutes and watched as she would shove the customers food at them rudely and wouldn’t speak to them. I told a waiter who then laughed in my face about it and walked away. Food was mediocre and cold by the time we sat and ate. Won’t return and wouldn’t recommend
