I scheduled an appointment for root touch-up and toning because of their great reviews, but I would caution anyone who needs an even, solid color. I came in 5 weeks from my last appointment at another salon and left with part of my roots untouched and uneven color first and second photos. When I originally came in, my hair needed to be toned, but the color was completely even.  I called the salon to see if it could be fixed, and they tried to charge me at first. The owner did ultimately try to correct the uneven color without charge, and admitted they did not do this style often, but it still remained uneven third photo. She said I would need to wait a month and schedule a $130 appointment for a color correction. I have never been to a salon that did not offer a refund after messing up, but instead tried to charge a client for a color correction they necessitated.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Such a great an experience . Me and my roomate were running little late and they were totally respectful about it . They still took us and made us feel welcomed when we came in . Tiger lilly is super beautiful inside. The items they sell definitely catches your eye. I kept grabbing and putting down but I’ll definitely be back soon to get some . Got my eye brows waxed by Avalon and totally recommend . Was my first time and they came out super crisp and clean. Ready for game day now ! GO TIGERS

I’ve had two services performed here and had a wonderful experience both times! I had my hair cut and colored by Elizabeth and she gave me a very thorough consultation to make sure she understood what I was looking for. She achieved the exact color I wanted and did a great job with the cut as well. I also had a Brazilian blowout service performed by Rachel and love how it turned out. It was my first time having the service done and she took her time explaining every step of the process so I knew exactly what was happening. Hannah is AWESOME! I went into the salon fairly new to coloring my hair... didn't even know exactly what a balayage was. But, I showed her pictures and explained my vision and she walked me through each step of the process. The end result far exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with how it looks. All to say.. I got a Brazilian Wax here and it was a great experience!! The establishment is so well put together, clean, inviting, and very friendly employees! They offer lots of services, have a cute boutique section, and have lots of other service-related products. Lauren did my wax and she did great and is so sweet! I have been a loyal girl to Tiger Lily for over 8 months now. I saw them in November of 2022 for the first time with broken, damaged, over bleached hair. I usually go to Hannah C & have also met with other stylist, not one disappoints. They have restored my hair back to health & I was still able to keep my blonde! No matter what crazy idea I have, they tell me yes with a smile & I always leave overjoyed. They have the cutest accessories that I wear everyday, the best atmosphere and staff. I visited Tiger Lily Beauty Co on 8/4/23 and saw Hannah. She asked me what my goals were for my hair before we started, and told me what we would need to do to achieve said goal. Through out the process she explained what she was doing to my hair, and why. In the end, she asked if I was satisfied and if I wanted any other final touches. I felt included in the haircut process and I loved that! My hair cut came out amazing, and she covered every detail.

Found this salon/esthetics location online, scheduled an appointment over the phone and was confirmed within 24 hours! I was greeted and offered a beverage upon entering and the check-in process was a breeze. The vibe in the salon was immaculate and the product selection was very nice. I got a bikini wax done by Lauren who was extremely professional and so sweet! She made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job on the wax! I will definitely be coming here again!

Absolutely the best staff in Clemson! I’ve had multiple spray tans from Savannah and they are always great! She does an excellent job of mixing a color that works great for my naturally pale skin! She also makes you feel super comfortable during the whole process! Today, I had a facial by Macy and this is the best my skin as looked in YEARS! I was having problems with dry skin and she worked some MAGIC! She was extremely nice and answered all of my questions!  I cannot say enough good things about Tiger Lilly! The staff is always warm and welcoming. They make you feel more like a member of the family than a customer. You will not be sorry you gave them a try!!Services:&nbsp;Skin treatments
