Love my new purchase. The sectional is beautiful. It felt great to select the material for the sectional and the pillows. Beautiful investment. Worth the price. Nice quality furniture. Our experience with purchasing 3 rooms of furniture was fantastic. Katherine impressed me from the minute I walked through the door. She was so personable and made me feel important. The customer service from everyone in the store was exceptional, including the ladies behind the desk, the finance approval team, and the delivery team. That’s what made my experience so outstanding. Even the experience with financing process was seamless. There was no back order issues. Everything in their showroom was in stock and available immediately for delivery. We have really enjoyed our furniture the last couple of months. The quality is great and much better than some of the chain furniture stores. Because of their exceptional customer service and good quality and selection of furniture, I would strongly recommend Butterworth’s Furniture and I definitely plan to return to them for ALL my future furniture purchases.

I purchased a bedroom set, mattress/bowstring and sofa totaling 8,000.00 in October. The bed frame, mattress/bowstring, sofa was delivered. Still waiting on 2 night stands dresser/mirror. I was told it will b e delivered sometime in December. I am very disappointed. They don't seem to care that l don't have the merchandise, l have already starting paying. I need more furniture but l will not get it there.

Whats the point of a website if you show pictures of the items you allegedly sell but consumers can't purchase on the site. Also it feels very scammy and shady that you don't list actual prices of the items you sell.

Had a purchasing issue at first but after talking to Daniel we were able to get everything worked out. Our sales women J was very present and wonderful to work with as well. Will definitely be returning!

I don't want to get into details but THIS is the reason you should shop local. Butterworth has the highest possible standards for customer service. They went above and beyond. I'll always buy my furniture there. Love my new sofa!

When friends or family are furniture shopping, I always refer them to Butterworth's and here's why. We got a new couch in September 2021, a piece broke, my husband called at the beginning of the week. They picked the piece up this afternoon, repaired it, and it's on the way back to my house all within a few hours. Loretta has been friendly, efficient, and kept us updated the whole time. This isn't a one time occurrence; most of our furniture has been purchased here and we have always had a great experience! Teresa is a wonderful sales associate- never pushy, always making suggestions on how to mix and match, and just overall friendly.

Well I got a bedroom set two years ago, today my bedframe broke. Bedframe cheaply made, all though I did get a dinning table that was very nice and good quality now as far as the bedset I dont like it I spend a lot of money for it to be so cheaply made the drawers where glued and fall apart.

Have been buying from Butterworth for years. Teresa has been our sales consultant. Just purchased for living room and family room. Price was right for quality. Delivery was great, gentlemen very professional. These are great people to work with, we never feel pressed to buy but always get good advice. Have been to other furniture stores in area and always feel like the people want us to buy something we don't want. Will continue to be Butterworth customers.
