I go to parks all around with my 3 y.o daughter. This park has it all, fields, playgrounds, splash pad, picnic area with grills, and so much more! It's a super clean, well taken care of park. My new go-to park. It has bathrooms that are clean. They host farmers' markets. Plus special events like a mini circus and fun days for kids. There's plenty to do being an adult as well, like basketball courts and tennis courts.
Farmers Market on Wednesdays 2-6 PM is awesome!!! Definitely stop by and check it out. Lots of high quality vendors and they do SNAP MATCH!! Spray park and playground, lots of open space, nice restrooms, lots of picnic space. No dogs allowed in the park. Leave em' home.
Pretty cool place to visit. They have water sprays that cool you off. Picnic tables and barbecue grills for charcoal to cook . We had a birthday party the day I went. Fun place to stop in. Very large picnic area. Rest rooms. Basketball court. I dont believe dogs are permitted.
My girlfriend and I were at a picnic with friends. We had a very good today despite the rain. We were under one of the pavilion's, so we only got wet going back to the car.
Lovely park for small kids and young. Nice water place. Lovely space for a walk, rest, meditation.
Great splash pad for kids, near multiple playground features and restrooms. Fun for kids of all ages! Bring your own balls/ buckets. Playground: Both tall slides structure with climbing wall, smaller spin features, airplane on springs, unique baby swing + standing swing combos, regular swings, spider web climbing structure, and large sandbox. Dog-friendliness: Keep leashed but I saw a few dogs. Picnic area: Multiple covered picknic areas for larger groups. Barbecue: Bring-your-own-charcoal boxes, further around the parking lot.
Really nice fencing in play grounds and splash pad. Plenty of parking and a log cabin to rent for parties
A very small park, but definitely very suitable for having a big family party.
Great park, but 2 bears showed up in the area watching pedestrians. Be careful.
Buttery Brook at one time was an Idyllic place where children could play in the woods, families could picnic, there were exotic birds, deer and some farm animals to view and feed. The woods are overgrown, the animals are gone, their coops and sheds in ruin, the pavilions and remaining structures in disrepair and in need of paint. The stream that bisects the field is toxic. Sad!
