No greetings. Rings up my product without looking at me and keeps running their mouth to their co worker. Doesn't even say thank you have a nice day. Work on your customer service. Most of us don't like working jobs but do better and not have a stank attitude. Somebody will go off on you someday
Let’s get into this wild crazy story So I was getting off my second job and I needed some hair beads so I could do my daughters hair I decided to stop in this establishment well honey I will never shop here again. The very first time Ishopped here it was three women at the front of the store all talking to their selves ignoring the customers worst customer service ever the second time it was one young lady at the front and one of the owners I wanted one pack of beads to do my daughters hair in a cute quick hairstyle first they charge a five dollar minimum if you use a card I don’t carry cash so because I’m getting married this month I said let me go look at the wigs Because I recently cut all of my hair off as I proceeded to walk in the back of the store the young lady left the front register and slowly followed me throughout the store I’m guessing at the direction of the owner and what makes it super Duper crazy, I was like maybe she’s just trying to see if I need any assistance with the wigs oh no it was a deafly stare it made me feel really uncomfortable so as I proceeded to walk back up to the front of the store she started to follow me so I turned around and asked would you like to check my $1700 LV handbag or my $1000 Burberry coat to make sure I’m not stealing anything ??? Or would you like to looking inside my 2021 Mercedes Benz? There wasn’t any indication that she was trying to help me just following me around the store. I have never been more upset in my own community in my life. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. I hate when I have to act crazy but honey I was sleepy and not in the mood!!
Walked passed a few workers there, speaking in their native dialect to the counter. There was a woman on her phone, didn't even see me walked up but her coworkers did. I had to speak up and the others laughed. I walked out. They need to learn customer service and manners.
Love the staff ALL of them very relaxed helpful and kind. Very calm open and bright store with what you would expect and hope for from a beauty supply store. Definitely a good choice
The new Chinese? lady has quick hands. Today I specifically picked out a wig from clearance price of 19.99. She wouldn't help me earlier but took it from me and quickly began moving wig from to wig choosing wigs that were no where near my style. I thought she wondered why all of sudden she became so determined to assist me and realised by the time I got to counter the wig sticker was switched to 29.99. I don't like that because it makes the whole store seem dishonest and I've always liked shopping there in the past.
Worst customer service ever! All 3 girls at the front having a conversation about their baby daddys as opposed to greeting, helping or even acknowledging a customer. Chose not to spend my money here
They r very helpful. I have not had a bad employee yet.
Unfortunately,I have to travel to get to this store but it’s worth it. I’m here shopping monthly and have always had amazing customer service. Even as the staff changes everyone treats you with respect. Love it
Finally found the old fashioned long silk scarf I’ve been looking for. An afforadable price. Other places have silk scarfs but there’s nothing like the long old fashioned ones! 3.99!
The Customer Service reps have very nasty attitudes and are very rude.
