I have been to this location a couple times. Wide selection of clothes for babies. Few racks of clearance items. Baby bottles, toys, bassinets, cleaning essentials, car seats etc. This location offers a huge variety of car seats and strollers, but due to lack of experience I dont know what stroller I need for a newborn, so I asked for assistance. I have a feeling that they are understaffed, because no one came up to me to offer help, neither I have I found anyone after making 2 circles around the store. A girl at the cashier said to wait around the stroller area and someone will show up. A young gentleman did show up, he answered one of my questions and quickly ran off, because he has something else to do. I waited another 15 to 20 min and left.
First time I experience here is that they are understaffed and there isn’t anyone to explain the details of the merchandise. The floors and ceiling aren’t finished so it has a very dirty and unkempt look.
I must commend and thank Daynia at this location. She helped me resolve a very confusing online order mishap involving Bed Bath & Beyond, where I was mistakenly sent an item from buybuy Baby instead and was directed by Bed Bath & Beyond staff to make the return there. It was a bit of a run around beforehand, but she sat with me and made sure it got resolved and corrected properly, even though it was technically not even their store's order. Refreshingly incredible customer service for a big box store! Thank you!
Just came here today to buy Silver Cross Comet stroller. There was 2 sales person helping me! They waited there and assisted me when I had hard time choosing between Nuna or Silver Cross. Before I came here I saw a lot of bad reviews how they are short staff but luckily not in my case. I had a good time there!
THIS STORE CLOSED AN HOUR EARlLY AND REFUSED TO LET IN PEOPLE SOME OF WHICH CAME FROM FAR AWAY. I had a pick up and in my email FROM THEM it clearly said store slides 9pm, at 8pm employees were ready to get out of there. Google maps also says 9pm. Affiliated stores BedBath&Beyond and Harmon were still open and were planing to close at 9pm as stated on line.
Today I went into Buy Buy Baby to choose a stroller and finish up my registry. The staff at this location is amazing!!! Deanna is so knowledgeable and friendly. Being that this is my first child, I had a million questions and she answered each one with no problem. I was able to shop at my leisure but everyone was available in case I had any questions. Thank you so much for making this experience enjoyable and easy!!
Clean and organized store, but at 2PM on a Saturday there was only 1 cashier and 20 people in line. Went in to research strollers and ended up leaving without buying anything because no one wants to wait in a line that long. Staff seems fine, just not enough people scheduled.
Brought in a box of toys for donation for their holiday toys for tots yesterday and the manager or whoever was in charge of the checkout was so rude to me. She said that you could only donate if you bought a specific toy from them- which is absurd. That is not clear from their signs or the emails that they sent out. She took what I brought because it was a bunch of books and toys and everything was new in the box but it was unbelievable that she was so rude. You are trying to do something nice and they did not appreciate it. The store otherwise is clean and has a ton of stuff but this experience really turned me off.
Decent selection of items but I'm relatively sure nobody works here. We stood around for 40 minutes waiting for help and I only saw the one person behind the counter checking people out. We also tried to make an appointment online and they told us just to come into the store. If you have questions or need assistance don't bother coming to this location.
Good to check for the strollers. I guess Manhattan store has more options.
