By the Bay Gallery is family owned and operated by Ray & Becky Knox and their daughters, Karen and Kathy. Since 1988, our gallery has featured the finest crafts from artists across the United States. We are a vibrant, bustling gallery located on the waterfront in Morro Bay, California. We love being a part of this wonderful, beachfront community and find joy in meeting friends both old and new.
All those years ago, we opened our gallery to sell Ray’s woodcarvings and support the work of a select few artists whom we had met over the years at craft shows. Specializing in something as near and dear to our hearts as handcrafts seemed obvious. Crafts are special! Each piece embodies the unique spirit and character of the artist who created it. We still get excited about great craftsmanship and are passionate about sharing these hand made pieces with our customers. We individually select every piece that goes into our gallery. This ensures a top quality selection and a knowledgeable staff. We include artist information with every piece sold.
