By The Roadside Gallery & Cafe is located in Augustine Cove, Prince Edward Island. It is owned by artist Bill Gallant, a carver that specializes in chainsaw and relief carvings.
He operates the business along with his wife, Cathy Gallant, who is a traditional rug hooker. They both paint in various mediums, manufacture signage and reclaimed furniture. They sell their artwork along with other Maritime artists in their Gallery.
The Cafe offers fair trade organic Coffee and Tea. They serve lunches and baked goods produced on site.
