Unclear hours If you call during the weekday it says they also have Saturday hours to serve you If you call on Saturday it just says they're closed and hangs up
This company will withhold your medical supplies from you until you run out. They will do this even when your insurance company is on the phone telling them to go ahead and fill the supplies because the claim will be paid. Everytime you call you will get a different answer. They lie about having contracts with your insurance company stating they are not able to fill anything before you run out. It's not like we're talking about a loaf of bread here. We're talking about life-saving medical devices!
I am supposed to receive the dexcom continuous glucose monitor. Twice now I have ordered supplies and twice no supplies have been sent out. I have great insurance and had absolutely no problem with getting supplies when I was using the medtronic cgm through minimed. I have been without a working cgm for quite a while now and there's no reason that I should have this problem. When I looked at the bbb rating for byram healthcare online, they have a grade of F with multiple other complaints about the same thing I am experiencing. I recommend going with anyone else for your durable medical equipment if you can. In the meantime, I have contacted Dexcom to see if another company can take my orders and I'm considering filing legal action if this doesn't get resolved since it is affecting my health and overall glucose readings. Again, I have really good insurance and absolutely no reason why this should ever be a problem
Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. On several occasions I’ve had representatives lie to me about the status of my diabetes supplies. They’ve often sent me the wrong amount of diabetes supplies and then were very rude to me and accused me of “making a big deal out of nothing” when I complained. They have also randomly given me charges and not explain what they are for. Impossibly frustrating
Inferior products, unable to contact them for four days because the most needed medicine idosorb 40 gm cadexom was not in the package. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company. Too large, not enough support, and poor quality, service, and products.
If I could give them no stars I would. This place is a JOKE!!! They are so money hungery that they lie to you until its to late and then expect you to pay for items you dont have. Don't trust this company. There offices are in Atlanta so you get that up yours.
