Everytime I've ordered a pizza for pickup they give it away. This is absolutely unprofessional. I give my name everytime and they give it away. Not that anyone cares there.
What happened to decency? This location is infamous for cursing all day in front of all types of customers, and not even a simple “Hi, Anything else?” They just scan your things without acknowledging their customers. It happened to me 3 times already and I’m like “nah I have to write a review” if I’m standing in front of you buying your 100 day year old food, the least you can say it “Hi, how are you” Employees smoking next to propane tanks. Smh
Gas prices are usually lowest in the area. All their employees are attentive and willing to help. It's extremely well lit and feels much safer than the old store.
I go to Byrne dairy approximately 3-5 times a day I watch this one girl work play my numbers run the counter make ice cream and has a wonderful personality I told her I think she should be employee of the last 3 months lol I love the store I know everybody there and marissa in the mattydale store is the epitomy of the perfect employee
The crew is solid. Your Representative “Mike” that works there is the most pleasant and above and beyond employee I have seen in at least 10 years. I hope you give him a big raise as he does a great job consistently. Positive attitude and exactly the way you’d want your store represented.
Horrible customer service. Guy ranting about what we wanted on our sandwiches. Very loudly exclaimed JESUS CHRIST! When getting bread for sandwiches. Obviously we were bugging him by taking him away from his mindless task of stickering empty sandwich containers. Dirty store. Rude employees. Get some class and quality employees. I'm done with BD. Plenty of other places to fill my gas tank at.
We ordered pizza 24 hours in advance to make sure we would have it on time. 30 minutes before the order was to be picked up we called to confirm the order would be ready, told all was good. 15 minutes later we get a call telling us there is no way the order can be done on time because they got slammed and had no food ready. in return we got a sorry and asked if we could pick it up later. They don't care about their customers orders, they don't prioritize how they should and they do not care how it impacts their customers. If you can go anywhere else for anything you may need you should.
I be in this place 3 time and the sandwiches the im asking has been a deception. Before I’m trayed in another two different place. Totally different same sandwich. Today was my last time in mattydale Byrne Dairy
I don’t know what everyone complains about, all the people working there are awesome, doing great job, being friendly and positive!
Rarely ever is going to this location a good experience but this time I decided to get a bite to eat which was a mistake. Because I ll just sum it up, nobody wants to work and everything seems like a bother. So I ended up leaving empty with no apologies.
