The workers were all making themselves ice cream and playing with pizza and laughing behind the counter leaving us to wait for service. Tried to get their attention and they just looked at us. Left the store without ordering because I couldn’t wait anymore.
Usually rely on Byrne Dairy for lunches and snacks and everything else, unfortunately I’ve had several bad experiences at this Byrne Dairy. Refused to make a milkshake for my daughter and were rude about it because they were under staffed even though I think there may have only been one other person in the store….woman at the counter acted like I was crazy for even asking about the ice cream.
10 cents more a gallon for being a “non-member”? Well that’s a dumb business plan. Probably why it’s empty . No receipt paper at gas pump btw.
Great location for gas station. At exit / entrance to route 690 , easy in and out but use caution during peak hours and traffic is fast and heavy. Pay at the pump is convenient. Free air which is unheard of these days. Store is very nice with beverages, hot food, a Subway chain in store and a seasonal ice cream stand with outdoor picnic tables and clean sitting area.
They have the best breakfast pizza. They also have my favorite fountain drink. I always come here if I need a quick snack or gas.
Great service and selections. I love this location! Even if I come in looking for something and it's unavailable, I can easily find something else to eat. The staff here is so nice!
Keep the Bottled Chocolate Milk Brewing - And the Chocolate Marshmallow Ice Cream Churning.
I used to love running in here but now I am so scared of the young girl that works there. I think her name is Maria, she has glasses and reddish hair but I try to avoid her at all cost. Her mean attitude is so disrespectful and I have witnessed her be so rude to so many people, even this sweet elder lady one time. I don’t want her to get fire by any means but I hope someone can have a talk with her. Life is hard! We all don’t want to be nice to people at work but that is literally what a job is! When you are nice to people your work day goes by so much faster, and a lot smoother, I promise it’s worth it just to be kind.
They can't seem to order enough individual creamer for their coffee service. Every other time you go there there's no creamer. Must be some great creamer shortage.
We called ahead and ran in last minute and the wonderful woman there, Tina, waited to clean the ice cream machine so we could get some soft serve! This was on the last night of my trip to New York, and we don't have the same style of soft serve down in Texas where I'm from. Tina totally made our night and gave us amazing customer service- it is clear she loves serving and does a great job putting smiles on her customers' faces!
