At Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb, LLC, we offer quality legal services and individual attention from attorneys who will really get to know you. Our experienced attorneys assist businesses and individual clients with a full range of legal matters including real estate law, business law, construction litigation, business and commercial litigation, business formation, estate planning, and criminal defense. We always put our clients' interests first, and because we are a small law firm that provides personal attention, our lawyers know those interests personally.
Firm History
In July of 2004, Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb, LLC, was formed when Chris Byron, Brian Kalb, and Chris Petri left the law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman in Clayton, Missouri, and joined David Gerber in establishing their own law practice. We chose Edwardsville because of the long-standing community ties that our attorneys have to the area. As a small law firm, we have flexibility in taking cases and are able to provide cost-effective legal services. This works to the advantage of our clients as our client base continues to grow.
In July 2011, Carlson & Carlson, P.C. merged with Byron Gerber Petri & Kalb, LLC becoming Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb, LLC. The Carlson Group brought their extensive background and knowledge in the areas of wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury and mediation to Byron, Gerber, Petri & Kalb's already broad practice range of commercial litigation, real estate transactions, corporate formation, estate planning, and criminal defense.
At Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb, LLC, we work diligently to protect our clients' interests. Using our in-depth knowledge of the law, investigation of the facts, courtroom advocacy, and a strong work ethic, we endeavor to get the absolute best results possible for each and every one of our clients.
