Dr. Lo has been my family doctor for my entire 28 years of existence so far and he is just a lovely doctor! Comforting, Respectful and Thorough. He is always smiling and at this point after this long the clinic feels like family. Happy to be a patient here :

Dr. Salari is by far the best doctor I have ever come across. She’s very friendly, great with kids and practices informed consent. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. I always leave the office feeling satisfied with our care.  The receptionists and the nurse in this medical centre are also amazing! So friendly, accommodating, very organized and fast at their job. I know I will not find an office better than this one.

Dr Lo has been an arrogant and negligent doctor. He is dismissive towards the concerns of his patients, the female ones most especially it appears after reading the other complaints. He denied me a referral to see an endocrinologist 3 times over the course of 3 years and because of this I have been admitted to the hospital with a life threatening condition called diabetic ketoacidosis. This doctor, although having access to my medical records and having been my doctor since birth, continuously needed to be reminded of my medical history and carelessly gave me a treatment plan that didn’t work and never would because he is NOT a diabetes specialist. On top of this, he lied to me saying there were no endocrinologists or diabetes centres to refer me to “because of COVID”. I self referred myself to a centre in Markham where the head RN told me she highly suggested I get a second opinion and a new doctor and that his treatment plan would not work for my condition. She sent him recommendations that he did not take. I later called the same endocrinologist I used during the pregnancy with my son and they assured me that they were accepting patients and suggested I try to get a referral from another doctor. Go elsewhere.

Definitely recommend this clinic they are very professional and they take care of your needs.  I recommend Dr. Chaudari  very caring and helpful. In the past was sick and he took care of me helping me book specialist appointments and other appointments in a timely manner to find out what was wrong and what I needed.He takes your health seriously.   I have been going to this clinic for years. They have a nurse station and pharmacy in the building as well.

Dr. Chaudhari is the absolute best Doctor I have ever had during my 64 years. Outstanding bedside manner with outstanding ability to calm any  medical concerns,    with accurate diagnoses . Debbie receptionist goes way beyond her duty to help out at anytime. Great combo for my family ! I and my family are so lucky to have such great Health Care Professionals.

Excellent service, pharmacy on-site and nursing station. Sleep clinic in the basement and elevator access to the upper floors for the disabled. Rather than have a couple of physicians, the site has 3-4 active physicians. I recommend Dr. Chaudari sic, he was prompt in identifying my ailment and recommending referrals that were faster. He even aided me in figuring out the correct wording to use at the diagnostic clinic so that I was able to be seen immediately. Without this advice, booking an appointment would have taken an additional 2 weeks.

Legitimately impossible to get a hold of them and I mean IMPOSSIBLE. They never answer their phone on office hours and they don’t even have a voicemail to leave messages on. I’ve got a new family doctor and they have requested for Byron St. Medical to sent them my medical history 3x to since May 1st and they still haven’t sent my medical history over. After weeks of trying to get a hold of This office they finally answered and said that they would send my history over end of May and still haven’t. I’ve also had a Diagnostic Imaging centre try to get a hold of them for my very important medical history but no luck on their end either. It’s pretty despicable considering they have 20 years of my history on file.  And don’t even get me started on their waiting room times and how awful that is.

I can’t believe this clinic.. my other half has tried 3 days all day now to get a hold of his dr. If I could give Him a minus 100 stars I would so many times my other half has calls and had to wait 3 months b4 seeing his dr by that time it’s heals .. they are never open ...no hours of operation and do to my other half having anxiety issues .. he won’t go to the hospital or walk-in or wait in a lineup so he just won’t go and when he does he a hold of the doctor he forgets to send the referral I’d never recommend this doctor  to anyone dr hosulak I’m glad he retiring

Dr. Lo has been an excellent doctor for my family for over 20 years. Very professional and great bedside manner. Only frustration is the phone answering system for making appointments.

They literally don't even follow their own hours of operation. The amount of times I have tried to call or show up DURING hours and its closed makes me want to rip my hair out. If it wasn't so difficult to change family doctors I would even though I've had the same one since I moved to Ontario over 20 years ago.
