I just talked to miss Pam on the phone. I was looking for a certain item and I called to see if it was in stock. Pam was incredibly helpful, and although the item is not currently in the store she was able to advise me where I can find it locally immediately. That is above and beyond customer service, and I look forward to interacting with her in the store when I come in person for other items
Always clean and organized. Good choice of products. Love the clothing!! Pam at check-out is our favorite, she's been there for years and is always polite and nice. Prices can be a tad high, but it's one of just a couple of places around Elko to get such items. I have never had an issue getting customer service when shopping. People definitely seem to be willing and able to assist!! Recommend this store!!
Made the unfortunate financial mistake by "just checking the place out". Glad I did not get a cart. I sadly know I will be back.
Reasonably priced on most things. Has a little of everything. Most front end people are friendly and helpful. The people at the gun counter don't seem to know much about firearms and placing a specific order for something seems rather impossible you can place it but it will either never show up or the wrong thing will be ordered.
If you submit a question or request online for help with an item, you’ll never hear back from their customer service. Was looking at chainsaws but you don’t know if the bar and chain are included based on their less than informative website. HOWEVER, you will surely get their multiple emails each week. What a waste of time. Oh, I did call customer service who stated they don’t and won’t ship a chainsaw which they clearly will - oops. I asked if it would go by UPS or FedEx. Response was UPS but website said FedEx. Prices seem to be good but in my case they changed mid order. I did not buy!
Helpful employees needed more cashier's but overall friendly staff . I got a squril proof bird feeder let see if it works.....
Need a thing? This is the place! They have all the things! The store is always very clean, well organized , well stocked and has pretty good parking. The reason they lost one star is that the checkout process can be real slow. However, they have great customer service and always plenty of staff to help you!
I love the unique items. The help is friendly. They have an item of the monrh at a special price. Gifts, clothing, shoes, camping, toys, games, live chicks what's more to love! Just a very fun store!
I love this place, I hope they get one in Reno/Sparks some day. Better hardware stash than any big box hardware store-by far! Let the lady shop for clothing that's actually in stock, stylish, & FITS, while u ogle the boomsticks...heaven
Cal ranch is the greatest store for ranch and out doors I’ve been in for elko at least. I usually do all my gun shopping as they are usually always stocked with ammo and have a wide selection of guns to browse around at. 5 stars.
