I promised myself I would never go back here after the first time. I NEEDED my car cleaned for tomorrow morning. So, I went here being that the one I like was closed today. I am so not surprised with the horrible job that was done. Come on, it’s the little things that can be cleaned that weren’t. Mind you I got the biggest package. The stuff they used on my dash left white marks everywhere, there is no shine what so ever on my tires or inside the car. The only thing nice about this place is the lady at the front desk! She’s lovely and very respectful. I hate to leave bad reviews but I am doing this so maybe they can change how they clean.
I brought my car to get the Supreme Car Wash which is 25 dollars and they did nothing. This car wash is terrible. They did not wipe down the interior, dash or doors. When I asked the manager he stated they Don't wipe down the interior & I would have to ask for that. I'll never bring my car here again. Terrible service. They should close.
Worst crash wash ever! First time at this car wash, damaged the side of my window. The manager talked to me in a very rude way. Started laughing when they had broken it, had to call 911. The owner/manger Saro and all its staff was misbehaving with us really badly. They made us pay so much extra money to clean just our mats. At the end are car was still filthy and dirty. What is the point of a full experience car wash if it’s not full experience am I right. Please do not ever come to this car wash so you don’t have to experience this.
It’s the worst now not like before. Saro he said he’s the manager very very rude and nothing I can do bc he’s the only one in charge I did a membership for a full service then I canceled it once I saw the job how bad it was I paid $20 for a full service after membership cancellation look how was the car no body u can talk to or complain and the mats should be vacuumed by look how it was
I always liked coming to this car wash. It used to give great washes at a reasonable price. But lately I noticed my car is not coming out as clean as it should be. My car isn't extra dirty either. Maybe the machines need new cloths or better soap or stronger pre rinse. I don't know exactly what is wrong but somethings off. The prices have increased substantially and I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth anymore. The staff is still super nice. I'll keep going until I find one that's better.
Best, most reliable, and most affordable carwash in a several mile radius. They do both exterior and interior, and they do an excellent job at it. I have to be honest I was going to other carwashes in the area and none of them can compete with C Bentley's. While your car is being washed, there is an inside waiting room with AC so you do not have to wait in the heat. The people are extremely nice and will make sure to take care of you. This place has my business as long as long as I live in NJ.
Had mishap,front wiper blades were somehow turned on and taken off while vehicle was going through tunnel. Wipers were off upon arriving at car wash entrance.re-installed by attendant after car wash was shut down to get to vehicle so wipers could be turned off before scratching the windshield...no scratches to windshield, hopefully all stays well.
I enjoy going here as the staff are very friendly. I did purchase a monthly membership as it fits my criteria. I’ve seen some negative reviews but in my opinion - these reviewers seem to think that this is a detail shop which is something very different in what you get and what you pay. You go here for a car wash and a vacuum along with a lot of other people at the same time. Sure you might get a little more attention if you go there when nobody else is there but when they’ve busy - they’re not going to adjust your seats a hundred times and get every single grain of dirt and have your mats scrubbed spotless. Again - this is a car wash, not a detail shop. They do an excellent job of cleaning as a car wash. I highly recommend them for a “car wash” and suggest to the complainers - go spend a few hundred dollars and a few hours at a detail shop if you expect your car to look new. Otherwise - be happy with what you get. Which is exactly what you are paying for - and that - is being done 100% fantastic.Services: Clay bar treatment
Had to give this place 5 stars. They are very well staffed and the service is very good and friendly. You can vacuum the car yourself, or have them do it for you. For $13.00, they'll wash the exterior, vacuum the floor, mats and seats and clean the interior windows. Thay have a vending machine inside with knick knacks for your vehicle. They also offer waxing, shampooing and wheel cleaning. You can also have your vehicle completely detailed inside and out. Appointments are necessary for detailing. They also monthly car washing plans if desired.
This car wash is terrible. I purchased a monthly membership and every single visit after they finish I get inside my car and they never cleaned my cup holders, or there food on my arm rest, or the dashboard is dirty, they never touched it. I told management about it and all he does is make excuses. He even blamed the lack of them doing their job efficiently on Covid. Lol. It’s 2023. Covid is practically the common cold now. He said since Covid they don’t really clean the inside of the cars. SMH. They do such a terrible job cleaning the inside that now when they finish I go and grab a rag and spray bottle myself and clean the things they missed. I went as far as asking for the owner to call me. I was so furious one cleaning of the lack of respect and doing their job that I requested a call from the owner. The lady at the front took my information and said she would pass it on to him. That was 2 months ago and not 1 phone call. This car wash is a joke. Literally. No effective management so employees don’t do what they’re hired to do. Point blank period.
