C J's Day Spa & Salon

This place used to be great but since the pandemic it has majorly gone down hill. It is no longer kept and maintained in good shape. The relaxation rooms look like they are falling apart, various rooms were closed, food court is closed. Very sad and disappointed because this is the only Korean spa around. My scrub lady was amazing and I felt very relaxed after leaving but was just sad to see the place slowly fall apart. Please don’t close down!!!

CJ Grand Health Spa is my favorite Korean Spa because they have the best steam sauna, cold pool, and hot & cold rooms out of all the Korean spas that I have visited. The facilities are also clean and well maintained and their clientele are not overly prudish. The only downside compared to other Korean spas is that their menu is not too large, but what they do have is tasty.

As a first-time client, I rated this spa as ok. I wish they offered sandals and robes. I purchased a body scrub and massage package; my technician was rushing the entire time. It was hard to relax and enjoy it. The hot tubs, steam room, sauna, and the other rooms upstairs were great. I plan on returning to use the amenities only. Next time I'm bringing will a robe and sandals.

Clean spa with hot pool, cold plunge, steam and sauna. The steam and sauna have steady hot temperatures. The separate coed area is very quiet and not used as much but still has multiple rooms.

Very clean. Not really well-stocked as they ran out of towels, but to be fair, they give you 2 large & 1 small towel. They should only do the small ones or maybe just give one big one. It also appears they closed the food area.

They didn't let me in at 9:30pm on Saturday when there was 1.5 hours left till close time. I came all the way from Woodland Hills to meet a friend who was inside already. I checked on Google they close at 11pm. The receptionist showed me a note on the stand and said its a new policy as of 2 months ago. She did not even let me go in to tell my friend who was waiting in the locker room. Never coming back...

The lady at the front desk turned me away because I tried to pay the entrance fee with a $100 bill. She only said she couldn't take it because she didn't have change. Weird to me that a place of business would turn away someone for such a reason.... I'd find a way to make change if it were my business. But it's fine i saved my $$ & spent it elsewhere!

Closed very sad .. I really enjoyed going to this spa.. I'm not sure when they will open backup again

Very nice and clean. Love the 60 min massage and scrub.

It's too loud in here. I couldn't really get into deep relaxation because the sound echoes so heavily. I could hear the staff talking and laughing all the way up the stairs in the quiet room and random people loudly talking in the hallways. Not to mention the laundry machine door slamming shut from time to time. The "cold" room had seen some major water damage and we could smell mold in the air. Other than that, the place is really clean and has a fair amount of saunas. Didn't go to the men's spa room because it felt like a few guys were there to... make connections.
