C&L, the "C" representing Cooper and the "L" representing Lingenfelter was founded in 1987 by Mark K. Cooper and Jerry Lingenfelter. It began as a small home business in Moon Township, PA and has evolved into the business we know today. The unexpected passing of Jerry in June 2001 at the age of 46, has motivated us to keep his dream alive and continues to drive the success of the business. The expansion of C&L Tool over the last 25 yrs. is also due to the desire to offer all customers FAIR pricing and excellent customer service. Our 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse and retail store specializes in the sale and repair of air tools.
