Fantastic experience, per usual. There were 3 types of apples available, and we got to go on the hayride to get there. The farm house had a great selection of items but I love the donut bar! Enjoyed a cider donut with some cider slush and it's always my favorite! My friend enjoyed the cider donut sundae and gave rave reviews! I will definitely be back another time this season!
We were nervous to come since we had never done anything like this. Our concerns quickly melted away the moment we got to the parking lot. They are very well organized and very friendly, we had a great time. Also, their apple cider donuts are just insane.
I was hesitant to come here after the negative reviews I saw but boy am I glad I went! We picked apples and the orchard was just loaded with fruit. There were very few people there and my kids and I had a blast. Everyone who worked the farm was pleasant and treated us with kindness. We were allowed to eat the fruit while we picked, despite it saying otherwise on their website so that was a great addition. All around a great farm to take kids to!
We've been apple picking here a few times. The apples were great. The last time we went, it was busy. One section only had apples on the tops of the trees that we couldn't reach. It's still a fun trip, especially for kids.
What I appreciate most about this is how well organized it all is. They have people coordinating the parking lot. They have people in the orchards so you don't get lost. Also the orchard is marked. You never have to guess what you are picking. Also they have a lot of other things. Apparently the donuts are awesome. There was a big line for that. Then any sort of thing apple related. Plus honey and maple syrup.
Love stopping here! It's a great place for the whole family to go. They do apple and strawberry and blueberry picking. It's my first season in the area, but we have stopped in here many times!
Took 3 my granddaughters, today. All the sweet apples had bees inside. Or being eaten by bees Also bare minimal. One row. The entire time spent there. We were were being watched severely, on both sides. One guy was at the end in his truck. Each row we went down he followed, Wasn't expecting this, not sure why The tart, apples, were ok, was maybe 4 rows and plentiful
Been coming here 16 years. Listen to "Signs" by Tesla, then shop here. Every year its worse. Dont do this, don't do that. Just pay us $32 for $7 worth of apples and enjoy it! Now they charge an entry fee per person if theres more in your group than they think is acceptable for the size of the bag you paid for. I can't imagine hating the public so much but being so reliant on them to pay you.
Perfect day for strawberry picking with the Littles. Donuts and cider to bring home.
While visiting today, the crew in the blueberry stand demonstrates such high professionalism, the crew at the donut stand is totally opposite! If I were the owner, I will not hire this folk for the sake of business we love. By the way, the traffic guards also deserve a big shout out!
