Great place to eat when in Falmouth, MA. We did some Glamping and got a recommendation for dinning at this place. Both the food and the staff are amazing! It is a bit pricey, but worth it. Definitely a must next time we visit.
Loved the atmosphere and decor. The drinks had awesome presentation and were yummy but a little weak. Had the focaccia bread as an appetizer. It was delicious. Got the hanger steak and chicken parmigiana. Both were very, very good. Dessert was chocolate mousse and it was also delicious. The waiter was awesome and we felt relaxed and never rushed. It was a little expensive but worth putting in our rotation. We both enjoyed this restaurant very much and will be back.
Good, but not amazing. Food quality taste, cook, and texture we’re all top notch. Presentation left a lot to be desired. Wait staff was uncertain about some menu items unable to describe dish and the younger bus people were gruff and untrained. The day was suffocatingly hot and the indoor temperature matched a/c didn’t keep up, plus having an exposed kitchen didn’t help. So while the food was very good, the extras didn’t match the menu prices.

Great meal with friends at C Salt. Good selection of appetizers, were we had the calamari and pork buns. I preferred the calamari. For the main course I had the tuna and my wife had the salmon. Both were made to perfection. Deserts we're good, but not the highlight of the meal. Service was great, our waiter Craig was attentive without hovering. It is a small venue so reservations are recommended.
This is my go to for a wonderful date night or celebration. Food is incredible, service is top notch, atmosphere is great. An all around wonderful place for dinner. *2020 update. C Salt is a restaurant that continuously reinforces it's reputation as one of the TOP restaurants for fine dining on Cape Cod. For more than 5 years whenever I come, I have never been disappointed, always impressed, and left happy. Thank you!
This used to be my favorite restaurant. Best burger I ever had, and homemade fries to die for! Expensive, but worth it! Now they have gotten rid of the French fries. Your $26 burger comes with nothing. I can’t tell you how disappointing this is. I brought a friend from out of town here and I was totally embarrassed to bring her for such an expensive burger that comes with nothing. And we ordered the focaccia, which I usually love. This night it was sourdough bread instead. 3 teeny tiny pieces for 2 people you couldn’t have given 4 slices so each person could have 2?, and at a cost of $8. I was hoping this was a one time fluke, but stopped in tonight and found the $26 burger doesn’t come with fries. You can get tater tots for an additional charge. No thanks. We went elsewhere and won’t be back. I am truly disappointed by this because although I’m not an adventurous eater, I lloved every burger creation that the chef came up with. I will now go to Tap City Grille for a burger, that’s almost as good, and comes with homemade fries, for $18.
Visited on 5-6-23. Phoebie is the best! Ask for her if she's still there. Amazing service. Really felt welcomed. Fast and friendly with great recommendations. Great options on the menu. Order a couple small plates and a large plate or two and you'll be feeling good. Fun cocktail options and big wine selection.Food: 5/5
Excellent restaurant. I have gone three times with my family and have never been disappointed. I have had the tuna steak twice and the steak once. I also have celiac disease and they were always able to accommodate me. They have a great wine list. Clearly they have a Sommelier working for them. I live over 2 hours away and try to make the special trip once a year. Make sure you make a reservation! If you don’t they may be able to squeeze you in when they open or close but don’t count on it!
