Very good school. I was able to pass the 1st time I took the test. The thing the worked for me is I was able to just listen while I was driving. I really didn’t have much time to study before the test. I didn’t plan on passing the 1st time due to lack of study time. I still was able to study for bout 20 hours before the test tho.

I’m 39 years old who despite having businesses decided to get in to real estate business. Upon receiving a recommendation from a friend of mine who also became a sales agent through California School of Real Estate, decided to apply and here I am just passed my exam from the first try. The whole process took less then 5 months due to the required time of the open book tests also the DRE exam timing. Being as busy as I am and being able to study the whole course in this short period of time makes me think that almost anyone can do it with this particular school. I have met other students who were on the exam for the 5th, 6th and even 7th try but rest assured it won’t happen to you if you really follow Don’s guidance and choose California School of Real Estate. Thanks again Don!!!

I passed my salesperson exam on first attempt today. Exam felt like a breeze and finished in two hours. Huge thanks to Don Schwartz head instructor who has been available promptly every time I called with questions and prep plan. He helped customize the initial study plan early on and two weeks prior to exam. He also gave details on what to focus on along with sequential plan. The admin Sara is super helpful. Exam material is top notch in making us understand the concept rather than just the high level answers. Lightning round is super useful. Practice exam with audio review are very useful. Yes agreed the audio is from older version but has been updated to latest revisions from exam topics.

I passed my exam on the first try. I’m so happy I took the Salesperson course. Don and the staff are really helpful and are there to answer any questions you may have.

This is the best package to get!  It comes with so much useful information + access to Don! Don is a wealth of knowledge, easy to access and chat with – it would be a shame not to take advantage of his well thought out material. Everything is thoroughly explained. I found most helpful were 1 General Information Guide 35 pages; 2 The mini course and answers; and 3 the lightening review.  I highly recommend this prep material over all the other programs out there. Needless to say I passed my exam : and I am so appreciative for Don and his time.  Thank you!

Just passed my Broker Exam. Thanks to CA School Of RE. I appreciate Don and his staff giving me direction as this test was not as easy as the Salesperson exam. I took both courses from Don.
