Excellent staff, Dr Caballero is very cordial and listens to all your concerns, and always gives you the right care for your illness. for weight management I joined his program and have lost 40 lbs in 5 months. Greatly recommend his practice.
GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF! Knowledgeable, Caring and Compassionate! I have seen Dr Caballero for 15+ years. He is a wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor that shows genuine care for his patients. His nurse practitioners are equally as great. Erin Dickerson is very knowledgeable and attentive to her patients. The staff is all very friendly. The office is usually busy but they always try their best to serve their patients needs when possible. Cannot say enough great things about Dr Caballero and his staff. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner, look no further.
Very Good Immigration services! Very polite staff! Everyone is super helpful and I had no problems when I went. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit here for their doctor/immigration needs! Great job and keep up the good work!
I did my immigration physical exam there in early August. I have called them 5+ times from August to November to ask if my immigration physical results is ready to pick up. They always have the same answer that "somebody will call you back when it is ready". Nobody did call me back. So I just show up to get my results after 3+ month of the test because if I don't do this, I don't think I will ever get my results back, they asked " DID ANYBODY CALL YOU TO COME HERE". Well, good question, and this is not my fault that nobody called me after 3+ month of the test. I ended up waiting for more than 2 hours to get the results, during the waiting, they asked for immunization record from me which I send to them even before the physical exam... they said it was too long to find it I know, right, it was a long time. Why it took you so long! . This is still not my fault, you should have reviewed and filed it already 3 months ago. Just want the clinic know that people have deadline to get their test results. It is not fun to call you again and again without any real answers. Hope you can improve this in the future.
I would recommend them for immigration services. I-693. Carmen Garces, the office manager was very helpful. She advised the requirements properly and stayed after office to finish the paper work.
The most professional staff i have encountered thus far. Dr. Caballero is the first doctor that I actually have stayed with. I am treated with respect even when moody. I get exams quickly as well. The staff gets a kick out of my reflex responses verbally with exclamation when its time for a needle stuff.

I showed up a bit early to my 8 AM appointment. Just wanted to do an annual check up. They allowed me into their waiting room and I patiently sat for about 20 minutes. During that time, nobody said anything to me. I then got up to ask if they needed me to fill in any paperwork and it felt as if I decided for them that I did. The attitude which I was confronted with did not reassure me that I would be seen soon or that I wanted to be seen. It sounded like a bunch of excuses. They also had no idea when the doctor would be in! If they just communicated better and been more professional, I would have stayed. Respect people’s time. I went in for something very minor and can only imagine what it’s like for people who really go with the need to see a doctor. That’s not right and specially wrong during a pandemic. I will be looking for a new doctor.
I have been a patient over 20 years. Now I live about 100 miles away but still am a patient due to the excellent care I have received over the years. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and competent. I have many health issues and specialists, and have been very pleased by the care I have received from Dr. Caballero and his team.
I have seen Dr. Caballero since 1993 exclusively. I would not even consider another primary care physician. He has a great calming manner that benefits his patients. Always a top notch staff that is friendly and helpful. He spends time with his patients. He knows them and cares about them. A throwback type doctor, if you prefer, that reminds you of physicians in the 1960-70's. The type of doctor that still goes the extra mile for his patients and that isn't seen much these days.
