GREAT service hector and Stephanie helped us find Boots, very nice jeans and belts. They helped find the boots that fit the best, and they were even on sale!!
Found a pair for my big foot to get in! I've got a high arch and no shoe horn helps but they had a couple to try. A little bummed out the super cute ones were for kiddos or smaller shoe sized gals. Having almost a size 10 makes it rough. But they had a great array of styles for men, women and children. Great customer service and I'll say, I was a little timid going into to a business in downtown pasco but, these employess were more than welcoming and helpful! I had the whole store with shoe boxes everywhere and when I offered to help Luis exceeded my expectation by declining my offer and said it was not a problem! Their return policy and prices no one can beat! Def. Will be recommending to friends and family!

If you need western clothing, belts, boots, cowboy hats or leather accessories, this is your store! Friendly store clerks with prices that are unbeatable. Support local businesses! Ranch and home is no competition when comparing prices. I only wish they a larger supply of men’s boot sizes 12+. I would’ve spent more money! ;
I have never had a bad experience at Caballero! Hector & Stephanie took fantastic care of me. Had a damaged boot that they made a smooth an easy process to get corrected. Great boots, fantastic service.
Jasmin hooked us up! She helped us find hats that fit and was great about finding the right size pants for my little one. She welcomed us even though we are clearly « not from around here «
This visit was the first time in Caballero Western Wear. I was uncertain as how to fit with western boots. Jasmin approached me and asked if she could help me. I took her up on her assistance. With Jasmin's help and tricks to fit in the boots, I purchased a nice pair of boots. Jasmin wa extremely hellpful!
Went in looking for a good pair of boots, Luis was very helpful and friendly. He answered any and all questions I had and helped me find a great and comfortable pair of boots. Overall great customer service!
Hector was a great guy! I brought in my grandpa’s straw hat to try get re fitted and he hooked me up! Amazing service!
