From moment we came to take a look, through moving our RV in, to now, Michelle on-site property manager has been nothing but kind & helpful. Grass stays mowed, got a fenced in dog park with pet toys, on-site laundry room/shower room, on-site propane filling station & paved roads you can easily roller blade on! Plus, you are right behind a Circle K. Great, Great, Great place to park an RV or pop a tent! I am really enjoying living her full-time! Come check it out.
Nice campground while we visited out grandson at Camp Legeune. Friendly service. She went out of our way to find a good spot for our 45' motorhome and Gladiator. Had a weak 50 amp breaker at the pedestal that prematurely tripped around 34 amps but she was right there to take care of it and replaced the breaker. Nice, clean spacious air conditioned laundry room. Sites were mainly on grass but hard surfaced. Nice large dog park as well. We will definitely stay here when we return.
Spent 2 weeks there when our house was being completed. Michelle was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Laundry room was nice and big and bathrooms were also big. Would have been nice to have apool to jump into and cool down. Also no fire rings to cook on. Would be nice to have more space between RV's, our slide was on electrical and water connection. Our awing was over our neighbors electrical and water connection.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at cabin creek, i had a wonderful time….. my spot was fantastic; my spot was fantastic and had room for my fur baby’s fence. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Wifi was a wee bit slow, but it was because Jacksonville had trouble not cabin creek. I would recommend this place to everyone
Stayed here a few yrs ago for a WK or 2 absolutely fell in love with it! Beautiful, peaceful, n quiet considering the size of the place. Very clean in the laundry rooms and outside. Showers were very clean. Staff was amazing. Almost felt like home! Definitely recommend it to anyone!Rooms: 5/5
Booking with Cabin Creek Campground has been the best decision I’ve made since moving to the area. Michelle has been nothing less than incredible in helping with booking and being attentive during our stay here. When we were in dire need, she became a superwoman in helping us. I’ve stayed at couple parks in the surrounding area, and from my experience I can tell you Cabin Creek trumps them all. The location is perfect. Secluded Enough for privacy, yet close to everything you need and want to experience. The facilities are spotless with the best washing machines and nicest shower rooms I’ve seen at any campground. Whether you are looking for a vacation getaway or a long term stay, look no further!
Our stay at Cabin Creek Campground was outstanding. The campground was clean and well maintained. When problems arose with our motorhome's cable service and hot water, the property manager Michelle Fright got in contact with a Mobile RV Service and Cable Company and insured they came over and resolved the issues. We couldn't ask for better attention and service.
We love Cabin Creek! The sites are spacious and it is conveniently located right next to a Circle K gas station and mins from the Air station entrance. Food lion grocery store is also close. Michelle is awesome and makes you really feel like family. She works hard to keep the park clean and make everyone feel welcome. There is a brand new playground, a horseshoe pit and new bark park. There are also tent sites in the wooded area too. The laundry in the common space offers 4 washers $2/wash and 4 dryers $1.75. There are also two newer bathrooms with full showers in the common area too. It is the perfect space to hang out and do puzzles or play games if there is inclement weather. There are activities such as bingo and potlucks. We have been here for 6+ months and feel like home. Very safe and lots of longer term residents mainly military. The only negative I can name is the campground has no pool yet
We had such a wonderful experience here. It was our first time full-timing and Michelle really helped us out with setting up, parking, all of it. She was so helpful through our entire stay. There were also fun little events for children during the holidays that we really appreciated. Like an Easter egg hunt on Easter!Hotel highlightsQuiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
Nice little RV camp ground. Facilities are very clean and it's pretty close to beach. Downside is nothing really close in walking distance, it's close to the road and the marine base. Pretty cool seeing the helicopters and what not. If you don't like noise maybe not so coolRooms: 4/5
