We decided to undertake a kitchen extension and a half-bath renovation project. Plaistow Cabinet renovated our kitchen back in 2013 and we were very happy with their work, so we decided to re-engage them. This time around we worked with Veronica as the designer and project manager. I'm picky and detail-oriented and found Veronica to be patient, cheerful, and on top of things throughout the process. All construction projects hit bumps, what matters is how those situations are handled. Our bump was handled extremely well by Veronica and resulted in a very positive and satisfactory outcome. The kitchen extension and bathroom renovation look fabulous! In fact, you'd never know the old from the new. I'm very glad we received such excellent service, on both occasions, from Plaistow Cabinet and I highly recommend Veronica's services.
My husband and I were looking for a company that could help bring our idea to life by adding some storage , hanging more cabinets and utilizing a wall that was basically useless. We were recommended to Plaistow Cabinet after getting a quote from another company. The customer service was far superior , Stephanie is welcoming , knowledgeable and her only concern is bringing your vision to life ! She asked us questions the other company didn’t even think of , she was professional , pricing is very reasonable and their showroom had a wide array of options . Installation was smooth & communication was excellent ! We are extremely happy with our overall experience and outcome . We would recommend working with Plaistow Cabinets to all our friends & family !
We worked with Stephanie after first being disappointed with another company that we felt didn't really listen to what we were looking for. From the moment we walked in for our first consult Stephanie took our ideas and came up with a beautiful design that was within our budget. We never felt pressured or rushed during the entire process. We opted to have them deliver and install our new cabinets as well and the installer Gary was very professional and respectful especially during these current times. I would use them again for any future projects and would recommend them without hesitation. They have a beautiful showroom as well that really shows off their options.
If I could give a negative rating I would. We were building a new home and started the process of selecting our cabinates. We had all the applance information and specs with us to make this an easy purchase. The sales person, was ok, he was nice. The sales rep didn't really entice us to spend more than our allotted amount given by the builder. He just stuck us in a price catagory and talked about how much our soon to be new neighbors spent. I thought this was odd practice to compare buyers. I didnt even know them and I didn't care about how much they spent or the style they picked. We met went in the beggining of November, someone was going to come to our new home and measure with in two weeks. After thanksgiving no one still showed up to measure. We called to remind them we were waiting for them. They said they were very busy and it would be out in another 10 days. After Dec. 11th we called again, because the builder needed the info. They said it would be in the next few days. At that point we started looking else were. Around, ground hogs day in Feburary we stopped by to see our homes building progress. Two random people were there measuring. The women told me who she was from Plastow cabinate. She said to us," It would have been better to measure before the dry wall was put up. If I had owned the home at that point I would have booted her out of my house. If you have a silver spoon up your but, this is the place for you. Apparently my hard earned money wasn't green enough for Plastow cabinates. I took my business someplace else where my value as a customer was appreciated. Oh, and my 20k!
Jessica and Veronica are the best in Cabinet Design I have ever worked with, their overall knowledge in interior design always reassures my customers they have made the right choices! Plastow Cabinets organization skills provide you with the right products on schedule!
We recently bought a house that was 7 years old. Wanted to add a base cabinet to our existing kitchen. Cabinets where bought at Plaistow. The service was exceptional. They couldn't of been more helpful. I gave them info we had plus a draw front. They looked in the archives found the old order from previous owner and 4 weeks later viola a matching base. Thank you.
Don't waste your time. We had someone come out and take measurementa of our kitchen and told is they would get back to us in 2 weeks.... we heard back a month later with an apology how they have been busy and would email us a price and design. It's been again over 2 weeks and have seen nothing. We have since moved on to another company
Stopped to meet a designer friend of mine for suggestions on a small project. This is a family owned business and I met the owner and his wife, very pleasant and helpful. I will probably use some of his products on my next project
