Terrific!!! Thank you Michelle for making our experience as smooth as silk. You handled our many questions with ease and quick responses. Your knowledge is great and use of the technology and seeing our cabinets within minutes made purchasing easy. This is the 2nd kitchen I’ve remodeled with this store and both were excellent. The cabinets are beautiful and of high quality and the installers were above and beyond - carpentry was perfect and the workers were American and their work ethic was superb. I highly recommend this store, products and most importantly- the people.

Sirett De La Cruz assisted us with the design and layout for our new kitchen cabinets. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The reason why I’m giving a two stars is for their lack of communication. It’s been two weeks and we are still waiting for our cabinets to be delivered. I haven’t received any calls from them nor any updates. I’m hoping someone at Cabinets to Go reads my review and can ensure we get our cabinets delivered this week.

Despite having sold us vanities of the same design/color, our entire kitchen was incorrectly ordered in Shaker White.   Two weeks later, we still have no cabinets, and no promise of them.  Oh, and they're paid for.  Would you be happy?  Author Edit:  I've since learned that my installer was to blame, not Cabinets to Go.

My Experience with Cabinets To go was Amazing. When I came in they were busy. But the manager talked to us and showed me around and explained how everything worked Til  one of the designers named Sirett was available to help us. My Aunt was really happy with outcome with her cabinets

Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the different cabinets they had in stock.  Show room was a little small compared to the big box stores, but the prices were very competitive.  They had lots of free parking and building comprised of it’s own warehouse. We had the wonderful pleasure of working with Sirett De La Cruz when designing and picking out our new kitchen. She was fun, knowledgeable,  and understood the look I was trying to achieve. She nailed it! I highly recommend Cabinets To Go, and most especially Sirett.

I am not happy to report the problems we have had with this place of business. Basically the complaint comes down to over promising and under delivering.  We have been at a standstill for over 6 weeks, living without kitchen or bathroom sinks and countertops. This due to mistakes by the manager who said” trust me. I’ll get you a good deal and the kitchen you want. “  We paid in full, and waited almost two months for installation to discover that the manger had messed up the design and the order. So now we had to order more and wait for our installers to return to finish, remove the wrong cabinets, and get the countertop people in to finish the job.  It has been 6 weeks with no return phone calls, and not finding anyone at the cabinets to go office to help us when we show up to speak to someone.  We were told that the countertop installers will only come out once to finish everything. The only holdup for countertops is in one bathroom. We could have one bath and the kitchen basically done if they would send out the countertop people now and then later an after the probes have been fixed. We even asked specifically for this and was told, “ that’s against store policy. “  I have called customer service, and am writing a detailed letter of all the screwups this office has made. If you read the promises posted on this he cabinets to go website, nothing but getting the money from the customer has happened as they describe.  I realize that CEO Tom Sullivan would not be happy to hear about this. I think the company as a whole has a great product and excellent people in the production and shipping departments.  I’m hoping I don’t have to get a lawyer. All of this is not what I wanted.

My experience with this company, Cabinets to Go, has been terrible. I purchased my cabinets in February of 2021. They were installed April 3, 2021. They delivered the wrong cabinet it was suppose to be a spice rack, they delivered a 9” cabinet with a drawer besides the spice rack not fitting in the cabinet it had gold handles… mine were silver. The cabinet was never installed correctly see photo. Since then my drawers are falling apart literally see photo. The sink that was installed was allegedly stainless steel, I’ve never had a stainless steel sink RUST. I’ve been told by one of their representatives since they were installed over a year ago that they could have installers come out at my cost!!  This is a company that DOESN’T stand behind their product. How was I to know the product was sub-standard and would fall apart.

I send all of my customers to Cabinets to Go. They can see the product they order and get the specific design they would like for their kitchen or bathroom project. Alex Mayoli has always welcomed each and every one of them and provided exceptional customer service.

Very good experience. Every part of the order was in great condition and arrived on time. We special ordered some glass cabinet doors and they arrived in a second delivery and were in perfect condition. The cabinets were easy to install and are high quality.  I worked with several people in the showroom and everyone was friendly and helpful.  I would totally recommend using Cabinets To Go here in Fort Myers.
