I called twice and I went twice to be able to see an apartment and the attention is really bad, they don't speak clearly to you, lack of organization and they play with the person's time, I went on Saturday and they gave me an appointment, the logical thing was that they would call me today to cancel the appointment. Well, they didn't, I was wasting my time, the truth is annoying.
I lived there for about 3 months, before moving into the apartment it was pretty nice modern apartment, but only that. I’ve never seen more cockroaches in my life, all the place is infested of cockroaches, our furniture that we bought for the new apartment got infested as well, so we had to throw everything away once we move again. People will go every two weeks to spray insecticide, but still, they never went away. Please save your money and your health, go somewhere else, this please won’t do no good for you
The convienant location is almost unbeatable... I have almost any store or restaurant I could possibly need within a 3-5 minute drive, and we're within walking distance from my kid's school. The community is gated with key-fob entry which helps me feel safer at night and the staff there is all pretty amazing. When we first moved in back in August there was a bunch of drug activity, but since they got new staff I've seen a huge decrease in activity. They have someone who locks up the laundry room at nights and kicks out anyone loitering who doesn't belong. Management deals with issues promptly and effectively once made aware of any issues happening during after-hours. I enjoy my home and will renew my lease in August of this year.
We lived there for a horrible year!!! The first couple of weeks not soo bad but then we had the dishwasher replaced and guess what??? It was infested with cockroaches and had to deal with them for the rest of my lease!! Then not mention the tweakers that are doing drugs in laundry room!! We actually got held at gun point by one of them!! Needless to say it was the worst experience of my life my kids were terrified to be at their own home!!! Drugs are being used out in the hallway and management can care less!!
We made an apt to see a 3 bedroom but once we arrived we were notified that they don't have any 3 beds to show until the following monday now. So i wasted my gas driving 30 mins away for nothing. The pics they give you are nothing lime the property looks now on the outside, not sure about inside we didn't go back. Buildings looked run down park / play equipment looks disgusting maintenance was looking through windows while going up the ladder to work, then reported a party or something to the office. Invasion of privacy if you ask me. All around bad experience to us
Cabo Del Sol has been my residence for 3 years. I have enjoyed living there and all my needs have always been met in a timely and professional manner. The staff are awesome people!
I drove 9 hours round trip to fill out an application this appoment on the 29th i belive was schddueled 2 days in advance, i called from the parking lot and asked if i needed to unload my 4 kids to come inside, they said yes come into the leaseing office, I begain to set down and talk to the lady in the office only to be told they were no longer accepting section 8 applicants, upon further review I contacted azredirentals who said according to there listing they still do- this was may 5th. They said to call there sister apartments and they had 3 bedrooms and would take good care of me, as well they don't they only have 2 bedrooms and I was told they also are 'no longer taking section 8".... that's alot of gas and wasted time for a single mom of 4. Or really for anyone they knew I had an appoment schdueled that afternoon and they couldn't even bother to call or message me that it wasn't worth the time driving three?
