Some of these agents need training in polite customer service. If you can’t answer questions in a polite tone or correct misunderstandings without immediately defaulting to “snide”, then you should not be allowed to work the front desk.
This post office cannot seem to deliver packages to the correct address. We've had package tracking say items were delivered when they weren't. The PO assures us they were delivered to the correct address, then they show up 2-3 days later. I'm sure this is after the person it was actually delivered to returns it and the PO re-delivers. Between this issue and what we think may have been some mail theft we got a mailbox at a local store. This worked for a while but now they are attempting delivery before the business is open then saying they were unable to make delivery and will re-attempt. Again, this is a business which has upwards of 200 mailboxes so it's unbelievable to me that the PO would NOT be aware of what their hours are.
My salad and sandwich was delicious! Brendan did a great job!
The delivery driver can not seem to get the mail for our neighborhood in the right mailbox! Yesterday I went to get my mail and my neighbor across the streets mail was in my mailbox. Thinking mine was in theirs, I opened it to put theirs in and theirs was full of someone else's mail. I knew I had mail coming because I had signed up for informed delivery. Finally my mail was found several mailboxes down the road! I am livid to say the least. This isn't the first time my mail has been misdelivered. My box number is in BIG numbers on the front of my mailbox!
Tidy up and clean the store, and most stuffs were very friendly!
No that anyone will see this or care because its a government job so nothing you can do but I seriously don't know where they find the staff for this office or the drivers. Some of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Not to mention can not read address or mailboxes correctly.
Why does the carrier leave a certified note in my box saying they attempted to deliver and they never attempted...also, apartment people don't get packages delivered to our door?!
Like all post offices and DMVs that I have been to, their customer service is abysmal! Why is it that places like this scrap on common human decency? Whenever possible, I avoid them and head to a shipping office, Fed Express, or UPS! I would give it a negative score if possible!
How can you screw up a picture when it is your job to take pictures? Well, these inept troglodytes did. I am trying to fly my Niece out here to Germany over Christmas I am military btw so I can show her that her hard work in school pays off. I am rewarding her for a job well done. We were planning this since June. She is very excited. About 2 months ago we applied and sent her passport away, they took the initial photo there. Now we get it back saying the picture is too bright. So they re-shot the picture but it still looked too bright. They said it was ok and resent the picture. I am angry that the photo was bad in the first place. The level of complacency is unheard of. If this place ruins my Niece's trip, all because someone failed photography class, I want to see the individual fired and someone else hired who puts some pride in their job. On top of that, I would like to see reimbursement of all the expenses up to this point since it was your fault the trip was canceled and I want that individual to personally apologize to my Niece for letting her down. Let us pray that doesn't happen.
Most of the time no problems whatsoever. Whoever closed on Sept 23 needs to learn some manners. I left work early to try and make it on time to mail out a package but unfortunately a poorly timed train stopped that from happening. I rushed in at 4:59 on the dot hoping someone would be holding things up for just a few minutes prior to closing. Nope. This guy already had the door closed and locked. In the snobbiest voice I’ve heard in a long time he just says “closed.” How’s about “I’m sorry sir we just closed.” In an apologetic tone. Nope just a snobby one word response and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Just gonna use the NLR one when cutting it close since they actually stay open an hour and a half past regular business hours. When people are actually able to go to the post office.
