One of the places that makes Lubbock stand out not only in West Texas but perhaps Texas in general. You drive and park and you are in dusty West Texas. You walk 15 yards and you enter a tiny oasis of style, elegance and quality. Although small but once you enter you could be in California or a tiny Mediterranean town in Europe. And what's best is that everything I have tried so far is amazing. The Alley seems to be a self selecting environment for quality where food is creative, delicious and great looking and the beers are worth drinking for. I'll be back for more!
This is one of the best little hidden gems in Lubbock. I love going in the morning and getting a coffee and sitting to read outside. The atmosphere is lovely as well as the landscaping. Fantastic relaxation or girls day out spot. Heck probably a pretty cool date spot too.
Very disappointed in what is available there. I grew up and lived in the area in the 60s and 70s and Cactus Alley was always such a cool place to shop. There isn't much available there now, unless you want a micro beer or a hairdo.
Super nice environment, and the food was amazing!! My fiancee and I had the fried Nantucket bay scallops, the roasted elk chops, and the gochugaru dusted salmon. The food was AMAZING!! We also enjoyed several of the really nice drinks along with a tequila flight. It is a little expensive. This is one of the best restaurants in Lubbock!! Our server was amazing! Highly recommend!
Tumbleweed botanicals has some cool stuff
Cactus Alley is constantly growing through the word of mouth advertising that supports the local businesses who create the courtyard shopping experience. Don't miss happy hour at Cocina de La Sirena Mon-Sat 4-6pm and their wine list available for retail purchase at Vino Vicolo, the wine boutique next door.
Great little place to shop and eat. Mini shopping mall with bakery full of desserts, wine, coffee and clothes. Enjoy the inside section of beautiful landscape.
It was a fun collection of boutiques. I went to Tumbleweed Botaticals for the first time. I thought it was cute and quaint but the fragrance was extremely overpowering to me. My clothes and items I purchased were completely infused with the smell
A hidden gem in Lubbock, like a secret you want to share with just the right person
I love it...the botanical store is amazing. I can't wait to go back.
