February 2023: Not reliable. Will close up shop randomly on a Saturday because business is slow. We watched the man leave as soon as we pulled up, wouldnt make eye contact. There's a propane supplier on Frontage road south of i8 past the Tractor Supply with the same price of $3.30/gal that you can rely on instead. January 2023: Pulled up for propane, staff is waiting outside to help! Friendly & Charming! They are *ON* it! We were in & out in NO time!! The storage lot is very secure and looks clean.
Very good service. Had to put stuff in storage and leave it for 3 yrs during and after the pandemic. They were very kind and agreeable even when it was better for them another way. Plus, when I couldn't make a few payments, they were very accommodating. Highly recommended.
We have been buying propane here with our Class C RV for 6 years now . They are the very best prices and service in the Foothills area. Fast friendly and always polite. You all are the best. Thank you for all you do for all of us.
Great service year around and comparable prices. EASY in and OUT, now matter how big or long your rig.
The hose on my exterior RV propane tank leaked and after calling or visiting 6 RV shops none of which could help, I was directed to Cactus Storage, because they make their own propane hoses of any length. Manager was very busy mid Jan 2022- peak snowbird RV season but he did a good job for me. The approximately 3.5 feet of hose cost me $21 with tax. As a bonus, you can fill up your propane tanks there and do laundry. On the negative side, I don’t know why so many people in Arizona have to drag politics into their place of business. Were it not for being an emergency I would not have given money to a company that feels the need to whine about their political loss.
Great storage facility owned by former Marines. Storage units are reasonably priced and secure. Propane on site is $3.30/gallon at the time of this review. Everyone is very friendly. We love supporting businesses that support our military!
Best price on propane I’ve seen in my cross country travels. Two attendants were on duty on a Saturday, in and out in less than 5 minutes. I’m making Cactus Storage my go to propane refill stop in Yuma.

We never stored anything here, but we filled our propane, and this was a great experience, and the price was best around.
Well run business. Workers are pleasant and helpful. Propane is reasonably priced, management is upbeat and engaging. Today 3/19/2022 they had a BBQ with food, fun and games to thank everyone for their patronage this season. It was really enjoyable! So nice to see a company that is consistent and helpful back in the RV parks again. Great job guys! And gals and also have the convenience of a storage facility, laundry mat and fuel dock for propane if you choose not to have it delivered.
