Stacy was so helpful with telling me the crazy high price of my husband Epi pen. She offered solutions and was so so helpful. She took the time to look up my husband meds to check for interactions on meds. She all this time and was so pleasant and friendly. This is what makes a great business and who you want to work for your company. Thanks

They are the most amazing and caring people. Tom really goes above and beyond he learns names and makes you feel like you're a part of the family. Not many businesses left like that.

Friendly staff, have been able to get medications other pharmacies can't or won't. Good experiences here. They don't have all the bells and whistles and modern conveniences some other pharmacies have, but worth it for the friendly consistent service!

Best Pharmacy in town. Friendliest bunch of people around! Pharmacist Tom is always there to Greet You and Thank You. He knows Everyone by there name! I would definitely recommend them!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist talks to you personally and gives great advice. Very caring man. Just a great place all together. Even a cute little shop inside.

I always have to wait for them to fill my meds while im there. Even if i make sure i call early in the day, they arent filled. Each time i go i am there about 15 minutes waiting. Ive seen the pharmacist treat the staff very unkindly on more than one occasion and its really uncomfortable. I prefer other pharmacies.

Walked into this pharmacy for the first time today and it's now the only pharmacy I'll use in the Cadillac area. Tom and the ladies there are wonderful. BR Hoxeyville, MI

Honestly the only reason I still give them my business is because they deliver and I have lots of scripts but don't have a car. I have had terrible experiences with them, from things like inaccurate pill counts, to forgetting to fill my scripts the day they're called in, to refusing to fill certain medications and LYING to me about the reason why and then giving the incorrect dosing instructions when they transferred that script to another pharmacy which could have given me a stroke, to invading my privacy. They are hideously archaic in regards to technology and negligent when in comes to communication. EDIT: So the pharmacist called me today and said he saw my review and because of it I need to call another pharmacy to have the 2 scripts that they were supposed to deliver today TRANSFERRED because they will no longer fill my prescriptions. Vindictive. I don't have transportation and many health problems, and with the way my clininc does refills my meds will be 3-5 days late through mail order. Called Medicaid they said this was a possible violation and i should file a complaint with LARA.
