This page is to help promote our IBC business for BYU-Idaho.We are Cafe Euro located in Emma's Kitchen on the 3rd floor of the Clarke Building. We sell gyros which are beef or chicken wrapped in a pita bread with optional lettuce, tomato, and onions with tzatziki or chipotle sauce inside. We also have a a couple soups and salads to choose from. All of this put together makes for an unforgettable experience, which will have you craving for more.
