Cafe Arpeggio's weekly Thursday night Open Mic. Twelve years & runnin'... over 600 shows. "NB's Troubadour" Art Tebbetts is our host & Denn Santoro is our primary soundman, with Helen Granger his lovely & talented assistant. On AHA! nights (2nd Thursday of the month) a featured act starts the evening at 6:00. Come join the good times!

First visit to Cafe Arpeggio in downtown New Bedford. Had a breakfast sandwich and cold brew. Son had an acai bowl. Thought the cold brew was pretty good. Had it with regular cream and sugar and a shot of caramel. The breakfast sandwich was a bacon, egg and cheese on a Asiago bagel with Swiss cheese. It was okay, nothing extraordinary. Street parking, bring change to feed the meter.
On the website it’s written this place is micro roasting their beans. I’m not sure that’s the case anymore. I ordered a double espresso, and it was only comparable to Starbucks, not a local quality coffeeshop. Over 3 and less than 4 out of 5. There was not a light roast available nor was it possible to get a pour over with a select bean. I’d say this is a negative point combined with lack of diversity in drip coffee available. I also got some pastry, which was a 3 out of 5.

Cafe Arpeggio is the cutest little cafe I have ever been. The location and the atmosphere inside makes for a quaint and cozy little place to enjoy your coffee. The staff is very friendly and the new owner is top of the line ! Will defiantly be going back !Food: 5/5

During my week-long stay in New Bedford, I stumbled upon Cafe Arpeggio. Every morning, I would walk over from the Fairfield Inn, and the stroll was undoubtedly worthwhile. Heidi extended a warm greeting to me each day, making me feel incredibly welcome. She even took the time to memorize my regular order: a cappuccino paired with a blueberry scone. The cafe's cozy atmosphere truly made me feel right at home. Thank you Heidi!
Wow! Just incredible everything was top notch the food the service the atmosphere just can't beat it. This is a Gem hiding in downtown New Bedford. We tried it all the strawberry fields smoothie Delicious!! The Strawberry babe waffle KNOCKOUT!!! .. We managed to sneak in cannolis and tiramisu .. To top it off some macarons.. If you haven't been here yet your truly missing out ... Hats off to the team. Kid-friendliness: Super comfortable atmosphere
Nice little spot we stopped at to grab a coffee and some food. The coffee was pretty good, the bagels were pretty good as well, definitely a place I would go back too.Food: 4/5
