My five year old son had a hernia surgery and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased. The morning was so smooth. We were in and out in know time. Doctor's and nurse's were so great. They were very nice and pleasant even at 6 am. What we thought was gonna be a long stressful day was anything but. Great experience!!
My 5 year old Daughter had an appt which we had to cancel. Apparently when they state that they make special accommodations for people that have a medical reason for not wearing a mask, what they really mean is force a mask on you autistic childs mouth until they get her back in a room. When I asked how long she would have to be in the waiting room, the response was unbelievable. I was told they couldn't give me a time frame.
My one year old needed tubes in his ears and everyone was great. Appointments were quick and the whole process went very smoothly. Our doctor took extra time to explain the procedure to me over the phone. Surgery and recovery staff were awesome. Also my son who had a walking delay started walking that night after she got the fluid out of his ears and helped him with balance and to hear normally! He has been the happiest, most energetic boy ever! Thank you so much Dr Tobey and staff.
The ENT office is super dirty. Staff is rude. The person scheduling told us the wrong date so we hurried around, woke my baby up from a nap to make the appointment just to be told we wouldn't be seen. The staff genuinely could not have cared any less and I even sensed a lot of sarcasm from them as I was visibly upset. As we went to leave a lady we weren't even talking to but that could hear our issues made sure to shout "Have a great day!" This is a children's office... Why in the world is this behavior and lack of compassion acceptable?
Express medical care for children. Awesome place, great service and the waiting room set up for kids. Bring you little one here for the great medical care they need.
The office staff was not professional as they saw me waiting around not sure what to do and they didn’t help. But the bigger issue is I brought my daughter hoping to get tested for allergies. The doctor came in and said she could tell without even testing her that what she had has no solution. She wouldn’t test her. Went to another doctor not same practice and found out my daughter does have food allergies. Big waste of time and money I spent at this office who refused to help me. I think the doctor just didn’t want to deal with my toddler who was nervous. Instead told me to give her double the dose of an allergy medication everyday for the next 5 plus years. Gotta love doctors like that who refuse to help and insist on pumping you with medicine. This was Dr. Coffey.
Everyone that worked at this facility was extremely warm and friendly. The attention to medical care and need was impeccable. Made for a great experience for my son's surgery and our family's stay. Special thanks to Dr. McClincy, Dr. Cladis, Nurse Rose, Nurse Melissa, and the entire surgical team for taking the time to not only care for our son's medical need, but his comfort and care during the entire stay. I highly recommend Children's North for all of our children's medical needs.
I take my daughter to this location for many of her appointments. I like it because it’s closer than the main hospital and I absolutely love our specialist and not just one of them. We see dr Rudolph and he is fabulous! We also see dr dovey and he is amazing as well! Both very knowledgeable courteous doctors that listen to all our concerns. Every time we go their we never ever have an issue. We have done many swallow studies as well for my little Metallica lover and the speech therapist is so super nice. She definitely gets a shout out from us for having great bedside manner and giving great suggestions to help us. I have never felt any negative vibes from any of the staff in this location I’ve taken my son for his tonsils to be removed by dr kitsko and he was amazing as well! my sons surgery went without a hitch. I give this place a high five and five stars The staff have never given me troubles and always have smiles on their faces which is always good whenever your having a rough time. One little thing I don’t like about this place was the cafeteria only because I couldn’t get my daughter through the space in her wheelchair: this should definitely be looked at as many patients are in wheelchairs. I need my coffee when I’m Out and about with my kiddo and not being able to get to the sugar and creamer is not cool other than that awesome amazing place
Last year, our then 1-month old son was having difficulties breathing. We took him there and I regret this decision for over a year now. After 2.5 hours waiting in a room, the nurse - the pediatrician never showed up - redirected us to the Children's Hospital in Downtown. When we got there, we learned she meant he needed Emergency Care, which was never properly communicated. We were told the charges from this first visit would be waived, since they didn't even attempt to solve my boy's problem and sent us to their other unit. Long story short, we have never received a statement from it and now I have a derogatory mark against my credit report because allegedly a statement was sent 4 times. Horrible service from end to end.
I wish ever hospital was like this!!! So caring and friendly. Came in to have my daughter tonsils removed and I'm blown away with how amazing the entire staff was! I highly recommend them. The took extra good care of my little girl and also me when I almost passed out! I dont have a single complaint.
