Being a local, I have wanted to try Cafe Bistro for a while now. Place with small with a long line bit moved quickly and tables turned over quickly. I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit, which was one of the best southern biscuits I have had. They did a special request Iced DECAF Vanilla Latte which was perfect. My husband's #20 breakfast plate was fantastic with a super fluffy pancake. Raquel took great care of us. Super nice and helpful. So enjoyed chatting with her. We will be back frequently.
We stumbled across this family owned Bistro looking for latte during our trip to Pensacola Beach. We liked it so much that we returned to the bistro each morning for breakfast and coffee. The latte and food were delicious. The young lady, Raquel, taking orders and making our drinks amazingly recognized us and remembered our drink order on our second visit. She greeted us with a friendly smile and good conversation each of our 4 visits. We would highly recommend Cafe Bistro. Vegetarian options: Veggie omelette was very good!
Service was great on a Sunday morning. Everything was fantastic - Shakshuka, biscuits and hash browns, eggs Benedict, Chai latte and coffee! Will def be back when we’re in town.Food: 5/5
This is a little quaint diner that serves amazing food!! It may look like a little hole in the wall but it had some of the best breakfast food anywhere in Pensacola Beach!! The food and service was better than the Windrose Restaurant inside of the Pensacola Beach Resort where we were staying and they didn't charge you an automatic 18% gratuity on top of the over priced food!!!! The Cafe Bistro says they have the best Chocolate Chip Pancakes in town and I believe them! You get two in an order and each one is an inch thick! Soooo good : Their omelets are teakky good as well! You can't go wrong with anything you order. This place is a must!!
Cute, quaint adorable bistro! Very popular and had an awesome smoothie and coffee menu! Kinda cramped but no one seemed to mind, the cafe had a great vibe! Ppl are friendly and everyone waited patiently for his/her order. Recommend stopping in if you are on the Pensacola strip! Food: 5/5
This breakfast was so amazing. The pancakes were super thick and fluffy the Shakshuka was so savory and and flavorful. The staff was amazing the coffee was good. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
This cafe has such a cozy vibe, everyone at my table loved their food and drinks. If you're looking to get away from the big tourist restaurants for a while, I recommend this place! The shrimp and grits are fantastic, and so are the pancakes. the coffee has a great flavor as well. Vegetarian options: Veggie omelet, pancakes
Took my sister here when she came to visit & we loved it! The pancakes & omelet were so good & the waitress Raquel was super friendly & helpful. 10/10 would recommendFood: 5/5
went inside & it was crowded, all of the tables were taken & there was a line of people waiting to order didn’t take long though. by the time we ordered there was tables available & we were able to sit & eat. got our food fast! delicious food & coffee!!Food: 5/5
Ommgggg!!!! Y'all gotta try this little hidden gem in Pensacola. It is sooooo goood. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with cheese grits and bacon and it was phenomenal. The biscuits were so big, fluffy, and delicious. The sausage gravy was absolutely perfect. And the cheese grits, ahhhh, those were some cheese grits, so good!!!! I tried some of my husband's Shakshuka, and I honestly didn't think I would like it, but omggggg so good!!!! It was so fresh and different and oh so good. And the vibe in here was amazing. It was so chill and easy going. And they had some chill music playing too. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend. Can't wait to come back on my next visit to Pensacola.
